We are located along the beautiful Noosa River, a 5 minute bus ride to Noosa's Main Beach and the National Park. Noosa Backpackers is the ultimate chill out hostel, with friendly staff and a wicked courtyard!

Noosa Backpackers Resort has been purposely built and established for 20 years. We are situated next to the Noosa River (one of the best and safest swimming spots in town) and the place to be. Hire a boat at the end of our street, or sit on the jetty and watch the amazing sunsets.
One of Noosa's best restaurant strips is at the end of our street and we have our very own onsite 'Global Cafe', famous for making the best pizza's in town!

Our Tour Room provides extensive information on all local tours and offers our guests in-houses bonuses like meal vouchers when booking tours.

A smaller hostel with a big atmosphere. Relax in the courtyard or cafe over a drink or meal. Wine and dine in an environment complimentary to meeting new friends.

Noosa is a perfect place to chill out for a few days. Take a surf lesson in the safety of Laguna Bay, walk the national park and lay on the beautiful beaches!

Noosa's river mouth is the place for water lovers. Have a Kite Surfing lesson, go for surf, try your luck at fishing or just relax and do nothing at all. A great place to unwind and avoid the crowds.

A really sociable atmosphere for like minded travelers to mix and share experiences. We offer the complete package to accommodate any particular preferences in a very chilled environment. Double and twin private facilities, mixed dorms of 4-6 and female only with private bathroom.

Location Information

Located ideally close to town and the main beach / national park.
Free Courtesy bus to the main area 13 times per day. We are the only facility located on the Noosa River for those wishing to make use of the free kayaks or simply relax with a little fishing. The river side area is the favourite with all the locals, out on the river in an array of boats and jet skis available for hire.
