Liked: The hostel was new, clean with very nice and welcoming communal areas and lovely staff. The rooms were clean and beds comfy and bathrooms were fab! My favourite hostel I stayed in in Australia and really good value for money.

Liked: The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really like the activities/ theme nights (like free entrance to cabaret or 'who becomes a millionaire' etc.'. The free breakfast was good, too - same as the pankakes! =DIt's is very clean and the bathrooms are amazing!!!!Beds are cosy and lockers are good,.....Location is good (not in city but the tram goes pretty often).All in all I#really enjoyed my stay!!! ;DCheers!

Liked: The people who work at Cooee are so nice! They planned activities, talked with everyone, and were incredibly helpful! The kitchen is really nice too, and you can store your food there without any worries about it being taken. It was a great place and I will definitely come back.

Liked: This hostel was clean and the staff were friendly. Probably the time of year I went but not a lot of people there and people not very sociable. Wouldn't recommend myself although other friends enjoyed it when they were there.

Liked: The hostel was an excellent facility, everything brand new, really clean, and very modern. It was a little far from the city center for our taste though-- about a 20 minute ride on the tram. It was also a bit of a pain how you had to put a cash deposit down for EVERYTHING-- key, towel, even cutlery. This does ensure nothing is lost/ left around dirty though.

Liked: Try not to miss the last Tram from the city- it is a bit of a walk otherwise.They have air-conditioning in the rooms- much better than a fan.Enjoy

Liked: This hostel is a very great place to stay.I met so much nice peoples there and it's close to St.Kilda Beach.One of the cleanest hostel where I have been and I travel a lot.I really reommend it...

Liked: Great facilities, lots of available computers and 1 hours free internet access. Air con in the bedroom was fantsastic especially with the current heatwave of 41 degrees! Would highly recommend this hostel and stay there again especially if you want some peace and quiet for that occasional early night!
