Liked: This Hostel is in a fantastic locations on the outskirts of the CBD so great for exploring, and its a beautiful building! The staff were really helpful, and friendly. Overall a fantastic hostel!

Liked: This hostel is pretty cool, lots of friendly people and no hassles. Its heaps close to the city and a short walk to the coolest little artsy/vintage shopping and yummy cafe filled 'Brunswick Street'.

Liked: The Nunnery is a really friendly and social hostel but not a party one, it is quaint and well set out. However the kitchen facilities are non-existant, just a few broken hobs and the fridges are very dirty. Breakfast is ok but never saw any of the promised pancakes on Sundays. Also there are no discounts at all anymore so most of the longtermers are moving out which is a shame because it was the homely atmosphere that made The Nunnery really great.

Liked: Location, friendly people. Didn't like the untidiness and dirtiness of the other people in the room - absolute tip. And many left the door open constantly so you worried about your stuff when you were away (although you have a little locker).
