Liked: Its location, its was clean, a little noisey, as other residents let the toilet doors close loudly late at night, was an issue for me as I am a light sleeper. Unless you close the doors by hand they close with a bang. Great spot for young people, great for middle aged people as well. Great for short term stay.

Liked: A very nice hostel to stay with. The hygiene was good. The toilets are individually shared (i.e. a shared toilet but a cubical by itself with shower facility) which i thought was very nice. The place is clean and convenient. Away from the busy streets yet walking distance to numerous attraction. The receptionists have been very helpful. It was doing some renovation while we were there and the drilling started too early. It woke all of us up. That was the only setback during my stay.

Liked: absolutely loved it. the rooms are newly renowated and very modern, huge safe, enough space for each person, the reading light by the bed has a dimmer :) , plus nice new facilities, cool lounge room. has a workout room, a movie room and a game room (that we didn't use, since we were only there for one night). very nice and quite and clean place. can only recommend it.

Liked: This was a great hostel to stay in for the centre of Melbourne. It was also very clean. Kitchen was slightly odd as you had to go out of the building and enter an attached kitchen! I met some nice people in my room but apart from that there was no communal area you could meet other people in, it does help when you are travelling by yourself.

Liked: This place has the makings of a flashpackers, the double rooms are lovely with plasma t.v's, and free tea and coffee which is a nice touch, however it seems pretty empty at the moment so would be hard enough to meet other people. Also. really didn't like the bathrooms, even though they are obviously new, they are really badly designed and the combination of stainless steel and pools of water gives the impression of public bathrooms. That said, the place is pretty good value and I would stay there again.

Liked: friendly staff, quite good location, nice rooms with big lockers and towels included, BUT loud vent in room, a lot of showers were not available (in my level), 2x no warm water in the morning, the whole thing is a construction site and it is noise during the week. crappy internet terminals, but Wi-Fi for $3 an hour. overall ok. value for money? no :(

Liked: It has an extremely high standard fir each room. Despite still under going rennovation, I have stayed in top hotels with worse rooms than this place and I will be reccomending it to family and friends

Liked: I think this hostel will be great in a few months when it is completed. at the moment I don't thin they should charge full price for the current facilities - mainly the kitchen. We had to light the gas rings on the oven from the toaster using a bit of paper - not safe. There was also drilling from early in the morning.

Liked: Well thought-out - everything was in the right place. Modern, stylish, convenient. Great facilities - they were doing some renovation work when I stayed so I can't give it full marks though!
