Please note: A one nights cancellation fee applies to any reservation cancelled within 24 hours of arrival. Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their legal guardian. Any guests under 18 must be in a private room. * All guests must provide a passport on arrival. All credit card or Eftpos transactions will incur a 3% surcharge. A $10 key deposit is required by each guests on arrival. All bookings of 11 or more people are considered a group and must book through our groups department as different terms & conditions apply. Groups of 4-10 people are required to pay a $100 bond on arrival. We offer a FREE airport pick up from Tullamarine for all guests who stay 3 or more consecutive nights. If you arrive between 5am and 9pm simply go to bus zone 2 or 5 and jump on the STAR BUS. Tickets are $10 per person however if you stay 3 nights or more with us this will be refunded on check-in when you present your receipt.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival (local time). Payments made to HostelBookers are non-refundable.
