Situated on the city fringe in West Richmond, 'Freeman Lodge' is a small, clean and friendly hostel-guest house offering an outstanding level of service and first class facilities including a fully stocked guest kitchen and a lounge with TV and a small courtyard.

We operate a 24 hour front desk, have security lockers and provide all linen and towels. We also have a tours desk where you can arrange things to do in and around Melbourne.

We have 0double, single and shared rooms available. All are spacious and have a TV, fridge and hand basin. Linen and towels are provided. There are also small cosy male and female only dorms.

Location Information

The guest house is close to Bridge Road which has a post office, supermarket, restaurants and fashion factory shop outlets.

Go for a pleasant 20 minute walk through the Fitzroy Gardens and you are in the city with all its wonderful shops, theaters and people. Public transport is close by and a bus to St Kilda beach stops outside.
