Magnums on Magnetic is the perfect place to chill out and recharge after the parties of Airlie or Cairns. Magnetic Island has long been a favorite spot for backpackers as it is one of the few remaining islands on the Great Barrier Reef that is still affordable.

Magnums on Magnetic is located on two of Magnetic Islands most popular beaches and all rooms have an ocean view.

We truly are a backpacker resort with 2 resort pools, jacuzzi, giant Inflatable Jumping pillow, 3 bars open until late every night, backpacker meals and the world famous "Toad Racing" every Wednesday.

Guests can laze by the pool in tropical surroundings or jump straight out of bed & go snorkeling across the road at Alma Bay. Let us help you have the best time ever on your tropical getaway!

Magnums On Magnetic is located in "Arcadia" the next bay around from Nelly Bay where the ferry terminal is situated.

Across the road from 2 stunning beaches providing great snorkeling opportunities, with access to National Park walking tracks nearby and on the bus route, we are right in the middle of the island making everywhere & everything accessible.
