Liked: nothing

Disliked: The kitchen is ill equiped and very dirty, with flies and ants crawling everywhere. This is not due to the fact that they are in a "rainforest" location but because the kitchen is not cleaned even the fridge smelt. Of the two fridges only one was working of the four laundry machines none were working.

Liked: -Bar area, very lively and can party right next to the beach -Friendly people -Free snorkel hire -Nice, clean rooms

Disliked: -Early night nearly impossible, loud music from bar until 12 -Food quite expensive, $10 for a meal

Disliked: when we were there. the full moon party was on.... we had the last bungalow in the back.... but random people stept in our bungalow.... and they didn't care if someone was in there.... they just had a look... and i bet if they colud find some cool stuff they would steel it.... they had many security guy's but... well... they should do their job...

Liked: Base is located on a beautiful spot with a nice view over the ocean. It is a great place to meet people. The party's at the bar are alright en the stars in the night are beautiful.

Disliked: The facilities are very bad. The cooking plates in the kitchen don't work properly and the bathrooms aren't always clean. You aren't allowed to bring your own alcohol and the prices are pretty expensive at the bar. Thepossibility for internet is very bad, because wi-fi was broken and only 3 computers in the computer-room worked.

Liked: Bus stop in front of Hostel, right at the beach

Disliked: Unfriendly staff, I could only check in at 1 even though it was written at 12h. Restaurant serves lunch only friday to sunday... Bathroom not clean. Very noisy, it;s like sleeping in a disco. During partys even you sleep there, you have to pay, or you can;t leave the room, even though you cant sleep till 5am when music stops.

Liked: Great location - right on the beach. Good place to meet people and have a good time! Would definately reccommend it and will go back there next time!

Disliked: Rooms didn't feel very secure, which may be a problem but didn't effect me

Liked: Everything is an extra cost here. Hostel doesn't miss a trick in getting more money out of you. But then Maggie Island generally overpriced on everything.Great location, on the beach. Supermarket 15mins walk away.

Liked: The location is perfect, right on a stunning beach. The huts you stay in are a little on the small side though and basic.

Liked: The bar is right on the beach, and theres loads of room for everyone. Except in the single communal kitchen, that place was always crowded.

Liked: The only let down for this hostel is the shower's (one massive cublicles with no where to put your things aside from 1 peg) and the kitchen. it only has 6 pans, some with no handles. the location is amazing though and right by the beach and the staff are friendly but not really that helpful.

Liked: It was right on the beach and it had a nice pool to swim in. There was a really cool beach right next to the hostel's property. There's a bus stop right in front of the hostel. At night, the atmosphere was really fun with constant music at the bar.
