Catering for families, couples, sports groups & corporates, Northside Holiday Villas offer comfortable and spacious 1, 2, 3, 4 bedroom fully equipped homes and an executive spa studio at very affordable prices.

Northside Holiday Villas were established in 1975 and are owned by brothers, Jim & Brian Stynes. The villas consists of 15 fully equipped units and are surrounded by picturesque mountains and the Derwent River, the major river of Southern Tasmania.

All our guests are welcomed with friendly and personalized Tasmanian hospitality.

Reception hours: 8am - 6:30pm.

Catering for families, couples, sports groups & corporates, Northside Holiday Villas offer comfortable and spacious 1, 2, 3, 4 bedroom fully equipped villas.

The two bedroom villa comes equipped with a queen bed in the main bedroom and two singles or bunks in the other as well as a sofa bed in lounge. Villas with bunks are two storey with bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a living room downstairs. The Villas are all refurbished and have wireless Internet access.

The two bedroom large villa is a spacious and comfortable ground floor villa with a Queen bed/ 2 singles or 2 Queen beds. The rate is for two adults and includes wireless internet access.

The 3 bedroom villa has a queen size bed in one room, double in another whilst the third room has a single-on-double bunk. There is a sofa bed in lounge and the rates are for 4 adults. Wireless internet access is available.

The spacious 4 bedroom apartment has a large lounge with sofa bed and two bedrooms & an upstairs bathroom. The apartment also has a full kitchen, dining and bedrooms & bathroom downstairs. It also has free off street parking at your door and an extra TV in the kitchen

Our brand new executive spa suite comes equipped with a corner spa and a seperate shower. The suite is fully self contained with modern furnishings and appliances. It has a combined kitchen, lounge, dining and bedroom complete with your own secluded courtyard. Treat yourself to the luxury this exclusive suite has to offer. Wireless Internet is available.

For additional extra beds there is an extra supplement of 35 AUD for adults and 20 AUD for children (3-15 years old). Any children under 3 can sleep in a cot for free.

Northside Holiday Villas is located only 2 minutes in walking distance to the Derwent River and the Royal showground. Also, it is an easy reach of shops, shopping centres, restaurants, tourist attractions and many sporting complexes.
