Disliked: the pool was closed. The staff was rude. The reception close at 09:00PM so if you have a plane at midnight you need to come back hours before otherwise you cannot leave.

Liked: it is OK, quite cheap compare to other hostel. we stay in a mix room for 2 days, the room is bit messy and dirty.

Disliked: staffs are not very friendly.

Liked: The staff was helpful and understanding to let us back to have a shower the evening after we checked out, before our night flight. We even got towels, that was nice of them, cheers :)

Disliked: A bigger social area would have been handy. The 'silence after 10 PM' policy.

Liked: The staff was so kind and helpful, I looked my sefl out and I keept my luggage there for free when I was on tour and I even if I came 4 am they let me so I could sleep! They also have the cleanest toiletts you can imagine. This is not a place to party but to have conversations and relax and enjoy!

Liked: The pool was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a great place if you want peace and quiet as it's just outside of the city center yet it's within walking distance.

Disliked: Internet was very slow.

Liked: The property is in a really good location. The kitchen is big and with all that you need to cook

Disliked: sometimes it was not as clean as it could be, but its really difficult to clean this big hostel

Liked: This hostel was really enjoyable; quiet, clean, nice mellow atmosphere...great if you're looking for something close to Mitchell St. but far enough away to just chill out. Chloe was super friendly and went out of her way to help. It's also good value for the money...I would stay again!
