Accommodation Information

ROOM TYPES
Komune Resort Gold Coast is a newly renovated resort.

There are four types of accommodation at Komune; Komune Share, Komune Girls, Komune Apartments & Komune Luxury. Each is designed with the beach lifestyle in-mind. All rooms have kicking views over Greenmount back to Surfers Paradise and most also look back over the Tweed River.

KOMUNE SHARE
Komune Share apartments are Komune Resorts’ answer to share accommodation. We have removed the bunk beds and allowed you more space to move with a maximum of four (4) single beds in any one Komune Share apartment. Not only will the styling impress, but every Komune Share room has its own bathroom, as well as its own balcony with beachfront views. There is lockable storage for each person in the room, secure charging stations, shared ensuite with laundry, ceiling fans and every bed has its own reading lamp for the comfort of our guests. Beds can also be joined to cater for couple wishing to book their own private room within Komune Share apartments.

KOMUNE GIRLS

Komune Resorts do our best to cater for the needs of our female guests so we have created a female-only floor within Komune - Gold Coast. This floor has two (2) Komune Share apartments sleeping 6 in each apartment and includes all the design features and fittings that are available in our standard Komune Share rooms, with the added comfort, amenity and security of relaxing in a female-only room.

KOMUNE APARTMENTS
Komune Apartments are self-contained apartments.

These rooms are catering for those who like a little more comfort, space & privacy, and work well for couples and families. Not only do these rooms have two (2) bedrooms but they also include television with cable TV, air-conditioning, secure luggage store, feature artwork, laundry facilities, a dining suite, large external deck and of course spectacular beachfront views.

KOMUNE LUXURY
Komune Luxury is for those who like to be king (or queen) of the castle.

Each of these two (2) luxury penthouses takes up an entire floor with stunning 360 degree views. Built with the party people and privacy in-mind Komune Luxury penthouses have been designed to encapsulate the luxury side of the surfing and beach lifestyle with amazing spaces to chill. Also available for private parties, meetings & functions.

Each Luxury Apartment includes Bose Surround Sound System, Fully equipped luxury kitchen and bar; king size master bedroom, stunning Italian designed “green” lounge area; powder room and sexy ensuite (come see for yourselves!)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS all guests for share accommodation MUST have a valid and current passport which is to be kept locked at reception for the duration of their stay. Cancellations must be notified to the hostel directly at least 7 days prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation, the booking deposit and booking fee are non-refundable. In the event of a no-show, your card will be charged for the first nights accommodation. The outstanding amount is payable to the hostel directly upon your arrival. Credit card details will be retained as security for any incidentals, damages and charges that may arise as a result of your stay. If you do not supply valid credit card details a security deposit will be required upon check in. Should your credit card expire or your credit card details change prior to arrival, please contact the hostel directly with the amended details by logging in above.

Komune - Gold Coast is walking distance from everything you need, including:

• Snapper Rocks, Home of the Quicksilver Pro and Superbank – 5 minute walk or a 3 minute bolt across the road and round the headland
• Greenmount – as long as it takes to grab your board and cross the road
• Duranbah – D’bar is only a 5 minute walk or 5 minute run with your board
• Kirra – 3 minute walk
• Cafés & Restaurants – a massive selection of restaurants all within arms reach of the resort with everything you need (2min)
• Bars, Clubs & watering holes, no taxi home needed here (3min)
• Major Movie Cinema Complex (2 min)
• Central Shopping District is only 5 minutes walk out the front, nice to know!
