Liked: Very clean, very nice relaxed atmosphere. Rooms were quite big and staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of kitchen space to cook meals. Would definately recommend this hostel as was really good!!

Liked: Quiet and friendly, well equipped kitchens, super clean, walking distance to everything, loads of information about tours and local sights. We liked it here so much we canceled our other hostel booking and stayed on here for another 4 nights instead.

Disliked: Mattresses a bit sunken and the sound of sliding doors sometimes got annoying; these are very small quibbles, though!

Liked: Dawn is awesome, with a lot of good advices ! The hostel is good situated, near the city center by walk.It's safe and with a lot of cooking stuff.

Disliked: Though, there aren't a lot of place to organized our luggages and our stuff. The people who stay at the hostel was a little bit strange and unpleasant but it's not objective.

Liked: Dawn the owner keeps the place really neat and tidy, location is right next to Mike Ball office (good for divers) and car rentals.

Disliked: Was quite noisy in the morning (from the neighbours, not hostel pple)

Liked: i liked the rooms and the atmospher, i liked that it was just girls so u didnt have to care that much abuot some things, it was a good size and not to many people living there

Liked: The Cairns girls hostel has the ability to make your want to stay for much longer than you planned, the people are very friendly, both guests and staff. Great place to meet people, a lovely garden out the back, large kitchens, right in town. I love this place and would definatly return one day

Liked: Very nice and clean, the owner Dawn is really friendly, they have cheap internet and laundry facilities and loads of fridges in the kitchens!Its very quiet but still only a five minute walk to the main town center.Would definately recommend.

Liked: we had a really good stay at this hostel, except for the noisy shower upstairs (we were in the room below) but all in dawn is very friendly and helpful. a great place to stay!!

Liked: The hostel is extremely clean, and with it's central location it's a 5 min to walk into the centre of Cairns. Safe and secure with lockers. Nice kitchen area to cook and good laundry facility.. Has a nice homely feel, with comfortable lounge area to watch TV and DVD'S which girl's hostel has in abundance, internet connection and heaps of friendly people to talk to, or go out and party with. Or if you just want to sit and read a book you can do that to. There are plenty of tours to do, and the office are very friendly and helpful.
