Liked: The staff were all very helpful, especially with booking trips for us. Also the free bus service to and from town was great.

Liked: Great hostel, clean, comfortable and with generally great staff with the exception of the bus driver who was a very arrogant english guy! Everyone else was great!

Liked: I felt this hostel had a good range of facilities, the staff were some of the most helpful that we came across, the location close to shops and food places was good. Though the cleanliness and decor/state of the hostel was a lot lower than some of the other hostels we stayed at on the east coast of australia.

Liked: The staff are fantastic and always there to help. We had a fantastic time and increased our time there by another week as it was so good for what we needed. A little out of the way from the centre, but with that you get the peace and quiet! Would definately recommend to anyone who wants excellent value accomadation with great facilities.
