13 October 2009	Customer review The hostel was absoloutely huge & reception staff just treated you like another number. The kitchen was dirty & you had to pay a 20 dollar deposit for 1 cutlery/crockery croc box which meant we had to shell out 40 dollars for the both of us to have enough stuff to eat & drink with. The hostel is quite noisy as the large building echos. Could not operate hob without a match or lighter (neither of which we had) & there is no cooker. Crockery in croc box looked like it hadnt been washed.	72%

18 June 2009	sarah lundberg i did'nt like that there were too much noice in the evening. They need some cameras soo that they can keep an eye on the guests when they are drunk and making noice and trouble in the hallway!	62%

18 May 2009	Customer review This hostel is in a great location - it has a cool veranda area where you can meet up with friends and make new ones in teh evening - the room i stayed in as a bit like a cell though, no outside window. also some of the staff on reception were rude and not helpful. also they call them cleaners but all they actually do is take the bin from your room - my friends bed had some guys boxer pants underneath it, amongst other general bits of rubbish, when we arrived and i dont think it had ever been hoovered. its a shame cos with more enthusiatic staff the hostel would be awesome	67%
