Liked: They have nice rooms with a sink in each room. Free shuttle servie to the town and to the airport if you stay 2 nights. Very good price. Defently worth to come here. It´s not a party hostel, but you get to know most of the people kind of familar.

Liked: Staff were friendly. Nice social area, albeit a little quiet. It's nice to chill with a book in the afternoon. Shuttle bus to town is regular and free! And free tea/coffee is always nice.

Disliked: Kitchen/bathrooms/bedrooms could do with a little upgrading.

Liked: They sent a driver to pick me up from the airport! Try to find a hotel that does the same!

Liked: Cleanliness. Security.

Disliked: Internet is expensive. Some staffs were good, not all. Had to wait for the airport shuttle and city shuttle for ages.

Liked: The free bus to the greyhound bus stop and reef terminal are great, really makes life easier and the free meal is a good bonus too!

Disliked: The free bus was often full so had to wait ages and it took ages to be collected at the airport

Liked: This hostel was brilliant for its price! I really enjoyed myself and also the free meal every night was great!

Liked: friendly and helpful staff and very good value for money

Disliked: kitchen was very dirty, free shuttle often full because shared with sister hostel and free meal was good but did have to queue outside venue for ages

Liked: Short walk from the centre so a quiet hostel. Very basic rooms but fine. Staff extremly friendly and helpful. Bus serice from and to airport and town. Great for booking tours etc.

Disliked: Wifi was nor for free

Liked: The best thing about this hostel is the friendliness of the staff. They were always willing to help us. We were given a room to ourselves which meant we could spread ourselves out a bit. It was our friend's birthday and they lent us a candle to put on her cake!

Disliked: We had to leave our sleeping bags in the luggage room during our hostel. I understand that this was to prevent bedbugs but it was a bit annoying.

Disliked: Little bit noisy, in particular during the week-end. The room hasn't been cleaned during our 4 days stay. No inside lounge

Liked: I thoroughly enjoyed myself at this hostel. Its clean, and in a great location of cairns city just 10 minutes walk away from town but they provide hourly bus runs in and out of town anyway so that was good. The staff are extremely friendly and informative about the area and tours, in fact the bus driver Wayne was extremely helpful to me and very nice. Its a very chilled out place to meet cool people and fairly cheap too, Ive made lots of friends here and would highly recommend this hostel to anybody.

Liked: some rooms are a little dated, but it's all perfectly clean and every room has a fridge and a sink. the staff was lovely and the location was alright great value for money. i'd stay again anytime
