Deirdre WhelanReally clean place with a brilliant location just seconds from the city centre, esplanade etc. Fridge and aircon in room and ensuite. Internet wasn't working when we were there. Very loud at night from the bar, but quietens down around 12 when everyone heads out. The best thing was the manager at reception Ben, who was more than helpful and really sound. Even to the extent of giving us a lift to the bus station! Completely sorted our whole trip to Cape Trib and Atherton out for us & the reef too. We came back here again! |

Customer reviewNice spacious private room with kitchen facilities and ensuite. Staff were helpful and friendly when you ask the questions but initially missed a few things during checkin eg how to get in after a certain time they close the gates (but there are side doors). |

Robin BomaritoOnly 2 blocks to the coast! Everything you need is close, grocery, bank, shops & restaurants. The ensuite rooms have a tv and sitting area with a fridge, microwave, sink, counter space,2 large closets, and a separated bedroom!! swimming pool & pooltables. Great staff too. |

Customer reviewIt s not too big, like bg factory in several backpackers. Very relax atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and spacious. Real pleasure to stay in your hostel. And I come back to Koala Beach 3 days on October. |
