Liked: Such a lovely place to stay! So clean and more like a house than a guest house. Really homely feel, quiet and free wifi is great and breckfast also! Dont be put off by location reviews, you can use their bikes for free and its a 10 min bike ride to the main beach. We did walk it too and it was only 25 min. Would recomend to anyone. Excellent value for money, dont know why it is so cheap.

Liked: The place was the best when staying in Australia. The couple owning the place was great! We felt like home and we felt that they really wanted us to enjoy our stay. The house was beautiful, room was nice and clean. Living area was nice to hang out. The couple was really helping out if we had anything on our mind. It was easy to get to the town by bike our by taxi. And the beach was just next to the house. We had the greatest time in Byron and it was because of this place and the frendly people we met there.

Liked: Lovely and relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful house. Beautiful room, very good bed. Everything was clean and you felt very welcome thanks to Charlotte, Susan and Peter. Seemed more like a "home" than just a place to stay. Would definitely come back and recommend this place. Free bikes were nice too, a lovely beach is just around the corner.

Liked: One of the best accommodations i ever had. Not like a regular hostel, it is a guest house. there is no reception. its a lovely house with 8 rooms. Our (No 8) was so nice. A perfect stay. Just the distance to the city is al ittle bad, but they offer bikes for free. So, no problems at all!

Liked: Byron springs guest house was great. we had a lady looking after the house but she lived in a house next to the building. i only saw her a few times other then that the whole house is left to the guests which is great and relaxing. the rooms are very nice and the bathroom always clean. also i loved the verandah it was nice and breezy . the free breakfast was great and healthy no bacon and eggs but yummy cereal toast and fruit !!! also the free rental bikes were fun to ride into town.

Disliked: i think it would be great to install air con into all the rooms as it was very hot. and also some more pest control in the kitchen would be good as i did see a few cockroaches but i think it's just the area and the fact that some guests dont seal their food very well.

Liked: Everything ! So far this is the best hostel (far exceeds the standards of a hostel) that we have stayed in in Australia. The pictures on here do not do it justice. It has been recently renovated, so is very clean and nicely done. Just like a home from home. Is slightly outside of the main part of Byron but we walked to the beach / town each day and only take 10 to 15 mins. Highly recommended for couples !

Liked: STUNNING stunning house oozing with character, charm and minimalist style whilst still being very homely and comfortable. The house is so clean you could practically eat off the floor. Beautiful quiet leafy street, 10 min walk to beach. Rooms are gorgeous, great value for money, very comfortable beds... continental breakfast included. Staff are excellent - attentive, friendly etc. Overall, great value for money and an amazing place to stay if you want to kick back and take it easy - if you're not looking to party hard!!!

Liked: Location.The room we had(Room 2) The cost included continental breakfast

Disliked: Dirty ceiling fan and cobwebs on the ceiling in our room Extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work the light over the mirror didn't work. Also even though the screen door was locked the external door to our deck was not locked as the lock was broken Some cups and plates were chipped

Liked: Very nice place, clean and good value for money. It felt like living in a Hotel. Breakfast every morning was the greatest :-)Free Wi-fi!

Liked: Location is about 15 mins walk from town, they offer free pick up/drop off service but only if its in reception opening times. free breakfast, free wifi, free parking, large spacious rooms with comfy beds and free towels, outside eating area, clean kitchen, no computer access if you don't have a laptop.

Liked: Peaceful place to relax after a days sightseeing and sunbathing. Wonderful to have my own room and beautiful clean, white linen without having to pay over-the-odds for being on my own!

Liked: This was without a doubt the best place I have stayed in on my round the world trip. We were picked up and given a driven tour, place was so gorgeous, a reall comfy home feeling, great location just a ten min bike ride from the beach, bikes were free too! very clean, so helpful and friendly, they really went out of there way to make sure you had a great time!

Liked: The place is very clean, the manager Alice is very considerate and helpful. The only incoviniente is the distance from the city, 2.3 km. But is not a problem because they offer bikes included.

Liked: As this was part of our honeymoon we wanted somewhere fairly quiet and it was perfect. It is walking distance to the town centre and therefore very peaceful. The house is comfortable, clean and nicely decorated and the veranda is ideal for relaxing on with a glass of wine. The staff, particularly Alice, are very nice and helpful and helped us make the most of our week. They also gave us a bottle of wine which was a very nice thought (thanks Lyndy)!
