Liked: Handy location, good parking facilities, bargain soda in the vending machine and games room.
Disliked: When I arrived around noon the staff (on a break I think) were crashed out asleep on the sofas in the communal area. Meant it wasn't a very welcoming atmosphere, also staff didn't have very good knowledge about the local area (eg how best to get to the highway). Quite a few longstay residents (volunteering at the dolphin experience) were individually friendly but meant staying in a dorm felt like intruding as they had taken over all the communal spaces.

Liked: Good location and extra friendly service upon check in. The lady who checked us in was super helpful and sweet, and was full of information about everything to do in Bunbury.
Disliked: Staff were obviously not keeping up with the tidiness of the rooms, in the room I stayed in, there were wet clothes and towels everywhere in the room, as well as filthy dishes that the other residents were leaving laying around because they were too lazy to clean. The room smelt awful and mouldy and it was hard to sleep in.

Liked: Small dorm room with a proper bed not a bunk, very close to beach, plenty of outdoor seating.
Disliked: Only one female shower for wholoe hostel. My room was actually outside the hostel and didn't feel safe. Check in after 4pm
