Liked: Clean dorms with big lockers to put all your stuff in. Like the idea of give away box,stuff you didnt want/need any more u put in a box for other people to take. Nice outdoor area on the roof with a big kitchen.

Disliked: Good hostel but u pay for more then u get (expensive dorms compare to other hostels in the area), no breakfast, lunch or dinner included or special offers with restaurants in the area.

Liked: Everything's clean and well kept. Kitchen is HUGE so you'll always be able to cook.

Disliked: No free internet.

Liked: Very clean and offers female only dorms. Also it's very close to Brisbane city centre - I literally walked everywhere. Also I liked how you have to swipe your card before entering the toilets so that males can't enter a female toilet etc etc.

Disliked: Hard to meet other travellers, they tried with the talks and stuff but it was still a bit hard - not really the hostels fault!

Disliked: full of people who were working and therefore not easy to meet other travellers, staff couldnt help us arrange a day trip that they advertised not a friendly hostel at all

Liked: I liked how clean the beds were and there was a good atmosphere in the TV and games room. All staff were really helpful and friendly.

Disliked: The walk from the Roma Street train station in the sun carrying a heavy backpack

Liked: Lots to do, fun and friendly. Drifters bar great little find, good food, friendly service.

Liked: Good rooms, secure places to store belongings, cheap cafe bar.

Disliked: a bit out of the main areas of the city, possibly due to time of year but very quiet, not much atmosphere

Liked: Staff were very helpful, rooms were high quality, well maintained, air conditioning etc. Really great Place to stay and they're really relaxed about using their facilities outside of checkin/checkout times which was very useful!

Disliked: The shower was very strong and sprayed in all kinds of crazy directions, very few of which helped me get clean. The location isn't very picturesque but is only 10mins walk away from a lot of good sites. Given how much space there is it wouldn't be easy to make friends while traveling alone, but the quality of facilities is so high that it's really worth it in my opinion. Possibly the nicest hostel I've ever stayed in.

Liked: It is very clean and I was impressed by the entire facility. I reckon it is really 5 star hostel.

Disliked: The cafe was closed because of xmas holidays.

Liked: Very clean and very good facilities including large kitchen and TV room. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Disliked: Not much atmosphere. Look elsewhere if you are looking to party and meet new people.

Liked: There is a beautiful view from the roof top terrace (especialy at night), and they have a huge fully equipped kitchen and lots of seating inside and out on the terrace. Our private en-suite double room was nice and clean.

Disliked: The only thing I did't like was the noise from the road and especially from the railway. If you are looking for quiet nights, you need to look for hostel in different location.

Liked: This was a great hostel to stay in. very clean and had lots of facilities available, including a massive very well equipped kitchen. The staff were great and there was always something to do. Beds were clean & comfortable and bathrooms were clean & had plenty of room. The rooms had very large lockers too which was fantastic. Quite close to the centre of town - about 15-20 mins walk down, It can feel like a bit of a long walk back up the hill but its not that bad. the trainstation if very close but the noise isn't overpowering & didn't effect my sleep at all.

Liked: Kitchen was big and very clean. Good communal areas and great views of the city.

Disliked: Right next to the railway line. Very noisey! Also lots of youngsters here. Probably not the best place for more mature tourists. Maybe it was just the weekend I was there though.

Liked: Lots of facilities, near the transit station, so very easy to get to the airport etc. Our private room was big and clean, with excellent storage. Everything seemed pretty new.

Disliked: It was a very big complex, if you were travelling alone it might be hard to meet meet people.
