Please note: Presently there are no fires in Katoomba, it is 100% safe to visit, and all walks have reopened with no damage. Guests who plan to arrive after 20.30 hr ( 8.30pm ) need to advise us DIRECTLY via phone or email, as special arrangements need to be made to enter hostel after hours. If you do not contact us you may not be able to enter the hostel. Absolutely not available for long term accommodation. Cancellation policy: All weekends/Public Holidays will be charged a 50% non Refundable deposit on bookings. 2 Weeks cancellation notice is required for a refund of balance.

Turn into Katoomba township at the signed intersection (traffic lights) and cross over a railway bridge. Turn left at the roundabout and drive approximately 700 metres. No.14 is on the left as you drive down the hill.
Allow between 90 minutes to 2 hours from Sydney CBD, depending on traffic conditions.
It is a 2 hour ride from Central station, Sydney to Katoomba station.
Walk out to the town side of Katoomba railway station.
Turn left and walk approximately 500 metres.
No. 14 is on the left side of the road, after Glenview Street, which is also on the left.
