We are a cozy hostel built of mudbrick built in a green 50 acre park. We are situated on the Princes highway and a great stopover on your way to Sydney, Melbourne, Tasmania, Perth, Canberra and the snowy mountains.winter rates are so low any lower we would have to be for free.

Why would you stay here? The answer is we have all facilities of your home.
We are situated alongside the beautiful clean fresh water bega river, so have a dip and freshen up . There is also a water fall for a cool swim.
We offer a free national park tour if we have at least 5 adults.

The hostel has a friendly atmosphere mostly caused we believe from the mud brick building. Most people that stay at the hostel comment on the restful and relaxed feeling that the mud brick gives you.

We are located in a rural 50 acre park/field and just 15 kilometres from the coast, Melbourne 700 km and Sydney 450kms. Bega is central to some of the cleanest greenest area of the south coast and situated in a rich and fertile valley.

A friendly welcome awaits all our visitors and we have all the facilities of your home. We offer a comfortable lounge with a TV, DVD, music and free internet. Other facilities available for you include kitchen and pool table.

At €20 Australian dollars per night, we are great value.
Bega hostel is for backpackers only. No permanent residents allowed. A 35-bed hostel. Catering only for genuine backpackers. Reduced rates for groups.

Educational group accommodation for children under 15 years old
We offer a very low rate for groups of 30 or more as low as$10 per person, per night.
