Disliked: This was the worst hostel I've ever been. It was discusting, it was dirty everywhere. And those matrasses have cost me my back..

Liked: En suite bathroom in our dorm room was a nice surprise (although couldn't use shower) Free pancake breakfasts if you're up early enough Helpful and friendly staff

Disliked: There weren't any other young people staying at the hostel when we went although this was out of season. Information regarding cheap drinks deals in local clubs and bars was out of date.

Liked: somehow friendly atmosphere. pancake breakfast is nice. location is great. if you behave well to the staff, they'll treat you friendly.

Disliked: the place is not really clean, but it's ok. overall the hostel is in average condition. there is no free internet like promoted in the profile. usually the staff is friendly, if you obey their rules. that means if you have questions during the office hours they'll help you. if you have a bad timing with your questions, you can get some rude answers.

Liked: the location is very good,and the room is very clean. the staff at the reception are very kind ,friendly and helpful. it's my first time to adelaide. so very thanks. sorry for rating this so late.

Liked: It was a perfect location for the city and especially the Oval

Disliked: There is only one member of staff there most days (the same person) and if its a long day, she tends to take it out on the people staying there. I also had a problem with bedbugs (which is nothing to do with the hostel)but the way it was dealt with was awful. After raising my concerns in the morning, the staff just said 'wait another night and see if you get bitten anymore to make sure to avoid extra washing today'. Then after finding a bug in the evening, I was treated with an appauling attitude as though it was all my fault and I was doing it deliberately. Admittedly I did get an apology the next morning, however I still feel this was unacceptable behaviour. More staff may be able to help this problem to lower the workload.

Liked: I liked the small size of the hostel which meant that the staff knows you by name straight away

Disliked: It's not clean and one of the staff can easily get angry at the backpackers staying there for no reason

Liked: Location was key. Me and a group of friends traveled there specifically for the Ashes and was just a 10-15min walk away from the Oval. Also the Center and the bars were all within a short walking distance.

Disliked: Facilities were not great. 1 shower not working, chairs and tables were in desperate need of replacing/repair. Bed mattress could also do with replacing. All in all though it was a hostel to be fair!!!

Liked: Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, they have been sooo nice, and called me by name from the moment i stepped in. really nice and friendly staff!!!!

Disliked: Cleanliness was average, i have had cleaner hostels, but most of the hostels are more dirty

Liked: The property was ok! We booked an 6 share and they put us to a 8 share, where only 6 people were! For the value for money its ok! Dennis from the Reception she was absolutely awesome with an excellent customer service! I am so happy to meet with her, because other wise I would leave the hostel! The room was dirty, when we arrived cleaned that next day! We basically just went to sleep in the room rest we spended outside. They got free airport shuttle, which is great!

Liked: I did not like anything about this hostel. It is disgusting, it's a crappy shithole and I was glad I only booked 2 nights. I can't even decide what the worst thing about my stay was. The promised 6 bedrooms are 8 bedrooms, no space. The shower is disgusting, it's completely run-down. Tear it down, I say. As for anyone else: DON'T, I tell ya, DON'T go there. It's a f*** joke.

Liked: The atmosphere was really good, not at least because most of the other guest knew each oheth and stayed ther for a longer time already and the pancakes were really good. ...I didn't like that there were no safes at all and the fridge didn't work!...

Liked: Super comfortable beds! Although the reception is not 24 hours, the staff go out of their way to be helpful (we checked in at 11pm and out at 6am, but I enjoyed what I saw of the place). The prices are inclusive and very reasonable compared to other Adelaide hostels. It is clean and comfortable, and I will definitely be coming back here next time I come to Radelaide.
