 -Very friendly staff!
-Great place to know people.
-Cosy atmosphere.
-Bad things: since the common areas are too close to the rooms, it is a little hard to sleep at night due to the noise.
-It has only one computer with internet access and it is highly disputed.
-Too far away from downtown: it's a 30, 40-minute walk to there or a 10-pesos ride in cab.

Really friendly staff, with a homelike environment. Just felt cozy and comfortable. One of the nicest experiences I have had so far in a hostel.

The hostel is within 20 min. walking distance to the heart of the city but it's into a very quiet location, right close to the airport.
Our twin bed room was excellent, clean and spacious. Free laundry, maps, guides, books, exchange, local calls.... Use Remis (a cheaper kind of taxi). Very kind staff! Thanks to LUCAS and CHRIS!!! Very good money value for Ushuaia!
I recommend for an 4x4 +canoes ride Nunatak, and for a complete 9h Beagle Channel tour incl. pinguins &Haberton Ranch Tolkeyen companies.

It was probably the nicest hostel I have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean and there was a cleaning lady that came every day to make your bed and clean the entire hostel. There were several different kitchen facilities to use and the staff were VERY helpful and super friendly! The only downside was the location because it is a little bit outside of the main town, but taxis are cheap so overall it didnt even matter.

Nice place, walk to the center isnt that bad in Ushuaia with all the views! The rooms, large and clean, the breakfast was really enough and last but not least THE VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!

This hostel was fantastic and so clean. The staff were so helpful and the cabin we stayed in was like home from home. We would definitely recommend this hostel and actually stayed longer than we intended because of the hostel.

Great hostel for a quite stay in Ushuaia, 2 really big kitchens & dining area & free laundry! Really helpful & friendly staff! The only negative is location, its slightly outside the town so you have to get taxis or buses to & from it!

The staff was very friendly, the hostel was very well equipped and probably the cleanliest hostel I have ever seen! One of the best I ever stayed in.

Quiet! Haven´t had a god night´s sleep in any other hostel ... but this one is so good we stayed an extra night, and are planning to come back for another 2 nights next week!

Good kitchens and communal areas, though rooms were a little so-so. Lots of homely touches (like a gazillion air fresheners that make the whole place smell like sickeningly sweet caramel).

I have been traveling in South America for 4 months, and this is the best hostel I have stayed in. Everything was immaculately clean. There were not one, but two large, well-stocked kitchens for guest use. Dorm rooms were huge and the beds had fluffy comforters. There is a TV with cable and a computer for guest use, so La Posta is a great place to hang out when the weather isn´t nice. I highly, highly recommend this hostel.

One of the best maintained, clean and comfortable hostels have stayed in. Cheap laundry, good breakfasts. Only downside is the distance from centre of town (1.5km) - but we didn´t mind the walk.
