Liked: Susana and Fernando are awesome!! Their warm hospitality and eagerness to accommodate your needs such as booking activities are much appreciated. Susana helped us booked transportation to Tierra del Fuego which a bus picked you up in front of their house. She also booked our boat tour around the Beagle Channel and scuba diving. She even took our laundry to the cleaners since we were rushing one morning and booked a last minute dinner reservation. Although such services maybe typically available, we never really have to ask. She just offers to help and will make recommendations depending on your interests. If you are planning a trip to Antartica, she can help you with last minute deals so in a few years, we hope to come back! You get a very good and comfortable rest at this B&B (not to mention the great feeling of staying with a local family) compared to staying at hostels. Other patrons are also mindful of other guests so you are not awaken by slammed doors and loud conversations after midnight, as examples. Unfortunately, this has been my experience at the last places we've been. The breakfast consists of yoghurt, breakfast sandwich, pastries, coffee and orange. This is also a good time to meet the other guests. Our room with the ensuite bathroom was cleaned everyday. The whole house is spotless and you also get to play with Jenny, their pet dog and their pet cat whom we hardly saw. Unfortunately, I had only booked 3 nights prior to booking the flights so we are sorry we had to leave this great home to stay somewhere else for two more nights. They were fully booked so I could not extend our stay. (Now I am again awaken by slammed doors and loud guests after midnight.)

Disliked: This place is not near the centro but it's only a 10-15 minute walk to it. Compared to where I am staying now which is 20 blocks from the centre, those 15-minute walks were nothing. We were able to get groceries without having to catch a taxi. However, if it's a problem for some especially uphills, taxis are readily available and inexpensive.

Liked: Fantastic. Susana and Fernando are excellent hosts. They make you feel at home and they offer excellent breakfast and tourist services . The best hospitality we had during our trip to South America. thank you .

Disliked: The property is a bit far from the center, but it’s not a problem if you don’t mind walking and the taxi is really cheap. If you speak basic Spanish it will help you to communicate better with the owners who speak basic English.

Liked: Aijpel B&B was a cosy and comfortable place to stay, Susana and family are wonderful hosts - picking us up from the airport, booking excursions, patiently sitting through my painful Spanish... Great breakfast, spotlessly clean bedroom and bathroom - highly recommended!!

Liked: The helpfulness of XXX and her the family! The tasty breakfast, good beds, clean roomand bathroom. I sure want to recommend this place to everybody!

Disliked: Maybe the location. It's a 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre. But, it's worth it!

Liked: The Family are very friendly and could not do enough for you. It was spotlessly cleaned every day. Home comforts with a warm and welcoming feeling. Suzanne spoke english and was happy to assist with helping guests develop their spanish, giving advice and booking local tours for no financial benefit. A highly recommended place to stay out of the hostel arena.

Liked: It's awesome to stay at a bed and breakfast, it was my first time. Even more when hosted by a lovely host, simply a really nice person!

Liked: The family who own the house are extremely welcoming and helped us plan our time in Ushuaia very well.The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom and the breakfast each morning was great. I would highly reccomend this place to people who are looking for a relaxing time in Ushuaia.

Liked: This is exactly the place you want to go, if you want to live with a local family. They are extremely motivated to help you to enjoy your stay there, they give you all the tips you want, can organize tours for you and even bring you buses, if they somehow can make it. They have 3 very comfortable rooms and we slept very well there. The breakfast included everything you need including coffee, tea, orange juice, ham and cheese toast, toasted bread with marmalade and butter, cookies and yoghurt. We do highly recommend this place.
