Cruz del Sur Independent Hostel

Hostel in Ushuaia Cruz Del Sur is in the very centre of Ushuaia (just 1 block from main street, 2 from the tourist info office, and 2 blocks from the Beagle Channel)

The hostel has a very welcoming, rustic and colourful atmosphere. The place is filled with maps, photos and postcards left by travellers from all over the world. In the library room travellers can relax using our computers (we have free internet access and free Wi-Fi service), reading, or just hanging out with friends. There are no strict rules in our place, we want everybody to feel relaxed and enjoy being with us! The purpose of this place is for people to meet and have a good time.

We have no curfew, but a security code (given after check in) is required to enter the place late at night.

We organise all kinds of excursions in the area (pick up from the hostel) and can give you all the information you need about the area.

Policies about the check in:
The hostel is open 24 hs, but the check in is from 10:00 to 23:59 hs, after the time is consider no-show, that means you lost the day before. We are not liable for delays in flights or buses.

The price includes, free breakfast (fresh bread, tea, milk, coffee, jam and butter), free internet access (also Wi-Fi) linen.

The hostel is no smoking.

There’s cable TV in the main common room, free use of the kitchen and all toilets have showers and hot water 24hrs a day.
