Liked: Staff are rearrly, really nice and helpful. The toilets could do with a bit more of TLC (toilet paper!) but the rest is ok. As many hostels in Argentina, there are not enough toilets per person.. Big kitchen and good sofa/lounge at the entrance. It's a big and slightly crowded hostel, so can be a bit loud. All in all, a good place but not excellent

Liked: Very nice staff, big communal spaces, great view from the 3rd floor rooms and good location.

Disliked: It didn't have any activities in the hostel, like dinner or parties that would help people socialise.

Liked: nice clean rooms with lockers, good bathrooms with great showers, close to everything in town. wifi excellent. kitchen big and good, breakfast decent.

Disliked: bathrooms could be a tiny bit cleaner, some doors don't lock etc. lots of water around.

Liked: The staff were nice

Disliked: Breakfast was bad, the kitchen is a huge room like you would expect in an institution, the hostel is massive with at least 80 people staying there, no atomsphere and not very clean.

Liked: 24 hours hot shower garantueed. I really liked them. Friendly and helpful staff

Disliked: Linen are for free but old. Even if they are washed and cleaned, they don't look clean anymore.

Liked: The girl on reception was very helpful

Disliked: Kitchen not clean and always packed with people. Place not clean, showers not private and only 2 for females. Breakfast was only a couple bit of bread. I being s female ended up in a very smells male dorm which was nit what I booked

Liked: Absolutely excellent staff - very flexible and willing to help us re-arrange our schedule for various tours around town. Gave us great advice on which tours to avoid and the best way to use our limited time. Breakfast was well laid out and included a large assortment of spreads, butter, etc. for the bread. Kitchen itself is very big with about 8 picnic style tables. Large TV in the kitchen which makes the kitchen the major hang-out area. Rooms were clean and well put together. The bathrooms and showers are separate and were clean. Water is consistently hot - which is not something I can say for some of the other hostels we stayed in.

Disliked: Like most hostels in Patagonia, this one is more expensive than it needs to be, but relative to other hostels we stayed in, it was well worth the money. The only real negative I would have is that the storage lockers are on the small side for someone who is carrying their life in their bag. Most people will be satisfied with the lockers - I just happened to have camping equipment as well. Most people don't use the lockers and just keep their bags on the floor near their bed.

Liked: Good location, friendly staff and clean bathrooms and dorms.

Disliked: Kitchen was dirty, breakfast average and the place lacked warmth and character. There are better hostels in Ushuaia than this one.

Liked: Very good location, lots of tours / excursions on offer. Good sized dorms. Best thing was the kitchen - absolutely huge with 2 enormous fridges and huge cooker.

Disliked: Could have been a bit cleaner.

Liked: The hostel is very nice, clean, has a nice view and the people who work there are very helpful and professional. I was in horrible pain one night and they took great care of me. You can imagine how much this meant to me - I was traveling on my own, but in Los Lupinos they made me feel at home and surrounded by friends! Gracias chicos!

Liked: The location is fantastic, there are lockers in the rooms for all your valuables, the staff are really helpful and can provide information about all the options available in town and the kitchen is huge and fully equiped.

Liked: Clean toilets and bathroom, and plenty of those. Great breakfast, and cooking area. Excelent tourist services at hostel's front desk, any type of trip/transportation can be arranged there for lowest price (trip to NP Tierra del Fuego etc.).

Liked: Clean sheets & dorms, bathrooms are OK given the huge size of the hostel. Staff are friendly and helpful and can book excursions, travel etc. at what seem to be market prices.

Disliked: This is a mega-hostel with lots of people, very functional but lacking a bit in character. There's nowhere to really 'hang out' other than the kitchen or lobby. Breakfast was pretty basic (bread and jams, tea and coffee) - yoghurt would have been nice.

Liked: The great location and very friendly staff.

Disliked: The kitchen and dining area was very big, but somehow always occupied by big groups. When I was there, a bunch of Israelis and a bunch of French backpackers were charging it so very little chance for a solo traveler like myself to cook.

Liked: It´s huge, so you´re just one of the many. I prefer smaller hostels which usually are far more personal but the location of this hostel was superb to catch the bus departing in the early morning.
