Property description / Overview of facilities
The Hostel Rukalhue is a place where you can enjoy a good night's sleep in friendly surroundings at an affordable price.
In addition, in our common areas you will meet other travelers from around the world and you will realize that staying at our hostel is the best chance to visit the Argentinean Patagonia. Furthermore, there are plenty of exhilarating activities to do in San Martin de los Andes, depending on the season. For example, the summer (between December and March) is a great time for rafting, trekking, mountain bike, climbing and other adventure activities, but in the winter (From June to September) when the snow turns the mountain to an incredible whiteness, everybody goes skiing and snowboarding.
In Rukalhue we have two different wings, one is a Hostel and the other is an Inn.
In the Hostel´s wing, there are rooms for 3, 4 and 6 people. We offer central heating, hot water 24 hs.
We have the following common areas:
Dinning Room for 40 people
Free-parking 24 hours
Park with tables and facilities to prepare barbacues

Directions / How to find your hostel
We are located on 682 Juez del Valle street, between Roca and Perito Moreno, two blocks from the bus station and one kilometer from downtown.
Our location gives you the option of walking to the main tourist places in the town like: Bandurrias hill, Lacar lake, Settlers museum, etc.
There many ways of getting to the hostel:
Bus: From the bus station you can walk!!!
Aircraft: From the airport you can catch a taxi to the hostel (approximate cost 4 US$)
