Liked: It´s very clean and has a large area outside perfect for relaxing in the afternoons. The staff are vey helpful and it´s a very sociable environment. Would highly recommend staying here - we ended up staying an extra night because it was comfortable and very relaxing

Liked: Clean rooms, helpful staff and nice breakfast. Good atomsphere. I would recommend this hostel to somebody looking for a quite stay in Salta in clean accomodation.

Liked: Very friendly staff, they even make you a coffee at 6 in the morning, if you have to get up that early! Also, the weekly asado they put on is very tasty and a great way to meet people. The only thing is that there are not many showers, but overall Siete Duendes is great value for the cheap price!

Liked: I´ve been travelling for more of a year now, and i have to say that i never feel so comfortable and welcomed than here. Clean, well equipped, nice garden and "asados". But what makes the big difference is the stuff...it´s a family businnes and looks like on that family there is not a "black sheep"...each one is doing a good job....Just one problem with this hostel...you can stay longer than you expected...it,s perfect for recovering during a few days if you have been on the road for a long time.

Liked: I originally planned on staying in Salta for only 3 days, but I felt very much at home at Siete Duendes and ended up staying for 6 nights. Ernesto, Silvana, Carlos, and Domingo were very friendly and helpful with me and all of the other guests. The owners truly treat you as part of the family. Also, I was very impressed by the hostel´s cleanliness. SD is super clean! Workers are constantly cleaning the floors, bathrooms, office, etc. Spotless, I tell you! They have one computer available for internet (high-speed), but they actually allow guests to use the office computer if someone is waiting. I think that they are planning on getting another one. We had an asado one night and everyone gathered to have some wine and quality meat. I found that the cost of the hostel is better than many of the others in Salta and includes much more. During breakfast, they are constantly bringing you bread, tea, mate, marmelade, milk, corn flakes, etc. The hostel is new, but I guarantee that it will be ranked as one of the best in Salta in the next few months. I highly recommend Siete Duendes.

Liked: Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Price inculdes free breakfast, internet, and use of kitchen. The only downside was the thin walls, which made it rather noisy.
