We are in 466 Entre Ríos Street, which goes to Gully from San Lorenzo, a place of a great natural beauty, a special place to rest and relax, near to the river, where it is possible to do some out door activities, like horse riding, mountain biking and trekking. Also, we are near to the shopping centre where you can buy gifts and souvenirs, enjoy 8 cinema rooms, or get a great meal.
Living in Argentina since 2003, our French owner came to Salta with an idea to make a project of cultural exchange. Maya Hostal is a place of communication, interrelationships; where it’s possible to enjoy the present moment, in order to discover the culture and traditions of Salta with all the ingredients to have a very good time in our Argentine northwest. Salta has excellent weather, the whole year and especially in summer.
Our hostel has 20 rooms, doubles, triples, marital and six bed rooms, all with private bath and included breakfast, fans and heating.
The breakfast consists of: coffee, tea, chocolate, bread, butter, jam, natural orange juice.
We have several lounge rooms, a wide garden, terrace and book’s interchange.
We also have the required contacts to offer excursions to the most relevant touristic spots.

In our kitchen you can enjoy of regional wines, empanadas, lamb, locro, tamales, humitas (proper of our region’s culinary art).
An important fact is that you have automatic cashiers located within 5 minutes of the hostel (for Mastercard, Visa, etc) Mitre and Ameghino streets. Also, we are also a couple of blocks to the telephone booth internet (Telecom) between Leguizamón and Zuviría streets.
