Beautiful, old building, plenty of spacious lounging rooms and a balcony overlooking the street. Toilets reasonabley clean. Big, but messy kitchen.

Quechua is a luxury old-fashioned apartament completely restored to new, preserving the architecture and decoration typical autochthonous of the region.
Quechua is a big house with several common areas, Wi-Fi internet access, guest-kitchen, four big bathrooms, spacious dorms, terrace, solarium and bbq where you can enjoy the delicious "asado gaucho".
Is situated in the residential zone of the charming city center of Rosario just half block from rosario's main street "calle Cordoba" where you will find the typical pubs where you can have lunch or start your night of going out.
Run by a family who will try their best to make you feel at HOME.

Our place is situated in the residential zone of the charming city center, half block from rosario's main street "calle Cordoba" where you will find the typical pubs where you can have lunch or start your night of going out. We are five minutes walk to the beautiful river coast where all kinds of water sports such us sailing are possible.
