 the staff was extremely helpful. The owner helped us rent a car, gave us directions, etc. The only reason for the poor rating on fun was because we were there close to Christmas eve. Don't know how many people would be travelling at that time.

Clean, not far away from shopping area
Many choice of Tea in Breakfast
Bad:
Staff speak a little bit English only
Cooking is not allowed in Kitchen

Only hostel in Rio Gallegos which was bookable on line. It was adequate as a place to stay as a night stopover but probably no more.

Only needed this Hostel as a one night stay over but the staff were very friendly and it was clean. Would recommend for this purpose.

clean rooms, nice bathrooms. Staff is nice as long as u are paying them. They KICKED US OUT during our last day. We had an evening flight and they told us we must pay to stay an extra night if we wanted to hang out and read in the lounge for the afternoon. Not Recommended.

very friendly staff, good beds, could make tea/coffee at any time, quiet. Close to the main streets and restaurants and a cheap cybercafe. More like a pension than a hostel.
