Liked: The room was spacious, clean, the hotel was not far from the center, the owner very nice

Disliked: The breakfast was a shame, two poor little croissants has two Argentine pesos, with coffee, tea or milk, even if the boss goes cool these days on facebook

Liked: The location was great and everything was within walking distance

Disliked: The kichen was a bit under equipped The downstairs bathroom door didnt lock properly and there was a serios risk of being walked in on when in the shower.

Liked: Good location. The layout is interesting.

Disliked: It was dirty. Our bed had sand in it upon arrival, the blanket had some questionable stains on it and the bathroom looked and smelled like it was never cleaned. Our double bed was actually two single beds pushed together and sharing a sheet. There was a fairly big gap between the two mattresses which made for an uncomfortable sleep. The kitchen was full of bugs and not very pleasant to be in. There is wifi but if you're dependent on using the hostels computer you will be hard-pressed to find a time when the owner isn't chatting on it. They only offer you information on their tours and services but they are expensive and you can definitely find cheaper if you look outside of the hostel. We are pretty easy going, low maintenance travellers and a couple of these things wouldn't have bothered us but with everything combined it left us with a bad impression.

Liked: Nice staff. Free welcome coffee. Close to the beach and terminal, citiy center.

Disliked: Water stopped for a few hours. Just a few hours so it was not a big problem but it seems that happens in high season so you might want to ask the staff if it could happen and what time.

Liked: Very nice and relaxed atmosphere, with helpful staff and free coffee all day. Even our beds were made for us on a daily basis.

Disliked: Kitchen needs a few more utensils.

Liked: the hostel has nice friendly staff. we booked a great tour of peninsula valdes through the hostel and it was good value for money and also excellent quality. its close to the main shops, supermarket and the beach. its beds are very comfy and rooms really warm. just what you need after a day of whalewatching!!!
