 Friendly staff, clean rooms, location, availability of tours

Comfy beds, TV in room, helpful staff. Only one slight down point is we only had access to one shared bathroom, which wasnt always available.

the staff were really helpful, friendly and had lots of advice to offer with trips and what to do in the days. They recommended excellent local restaurants to dine at, and gave real frank information about seeing the wildlife close to the town. Really can't thank those guys enough.

Nice staff although they didn't help at 4am when a guest got stuck in the bathroom due to the door handle falling off!!
