Liked: cool hostel, decent common areas and nice terrace, big and clean. wifi good. very close to the centre of town.

Disliked: it would have been nice to be shown around when i checked in, i found out as i was leaving that there was a pool available for guests across the road but the staff member checking me in showed me my bed and that was it. this happens far too often!! i also got bed bugs from the hostel but these things happen and i would still recommend the hostel.

Liked: the location was good and they offered good tours for the falls and decent information about buses. breakfast was quite good, cereal and freshly baked bread rolls.

Disliked: it was not very clean. the carpet in the rooms were disgusting and needed replacing. bathroom was never cleaned during our stay, all they seem to do is make the beds but dont change sheets. no pillow cases so had to use towel to avoid sleeping on a grubby pillow.

Liked: The cheapness!!! We met lovely people, were in the centre of town.. went to clubs that were recommended and cheap through the hostel.. we ended up in an esnuite even though we didnt ask for one! and the caiprinhas (dont know how to spell) were really good and cheap.

Disliked: kitchen facilities.. but no biggie.. if you need sleep this place is noisy. but we didnt find that off putting at all!

Liked: location, breakfast, atmosphere, staff, so good.

Disliked: they move my stuff because then have no planification on updating the bedrooms for maintenance, was the worse thing to think somebody touch your baggage.

Liked: Cheap and breakfast was good, juice and cereal insteadof just bread etc.

Disliked: The dorm we stayed in was nothing like the pictures we had seen on hostelbookers. 4 bunks in a cramped room, no room to move. Shower was cold and water dribbled out. Bathroom dirty. Not enough duvets for all beds, 2 girls slept under their towels! No pillow cases on the pillows, have to cover with my scarf as the pillow was brown. Kitchen facilities were basic but was put off cooking when I found mice droppings in both the mugs on the shelf and the saucepans. We have travelled extensively and don't mind roughing it but the poo put me off. Very cheap but not a nice hostel to return to after a great day at Iguazzu.

Liked: Really nice hostel, our double room was huge with private bathroom and air con. Very comfortable, the staff were great. Its not advertised on the site but you also get use of the swimming pool at a sister hotel down the road, not that we used it.

Disliked: nothing, recommended.

Liked: Stop Hostal is a bit rough round the edges, but the staff are very helpful and the Hostal seems to be dealing with recently reported bedbug issues. Breakfast was great, though and the Iguazu Falls are sensational.

Disliked: For us grey-haired nomads, it was a bit noisy.

Liked: very helpful staff, good that you got to use the pool at the other hostel.

Disliked: nothing too much to complain about but the double room we stayed in was a bit run down.

Liked: good location?they do your washing?

Disliked: well,it wasnt really prepared when we got there, bed wasnt made, a little bit skanky rrom, said they would clean it n they didnt, I wouldnt reccommend this hostel, i'd go over the road to the le chegra or summin its called, there was a decent bar there n cool people to meet, stop just seemed like a latch on to that place.

Liked: Breakfast was literally the best yet on a year long tour. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Only one toilet per room of 8 people so whilst people in shower sometimes had to wait a long time! Only one toilet outside the rooms.

Liked: Friendly helpful staff, free breakfast

Disliked: Room was a bit dirty, no sheets provided on the first day because there were none left, no pillowcases provided at all air con is controlled by the front desk so boiling hot in the room during the day

Liked: staff were very friendly and very helpful, especially when we forgot brazil was 1 hour ahead and we needed a taxi asap so we didn't miss our bus! thank you!

Disliked: very bad air conditioning in room (very much needed) didn't work, horrible when it is so hot and humid. were told by staff that the internet cuts in and out, but it only seemed to work at night.

Liked: the bar at the other building. Good area and good food there. outdoor patios at both buildings.

Disliked: Marginal air conditioning. No furniture in the room. very questionable door lock. One room had no hot water in the shower for the whole time we were there. Yes they were aware of it.

Liked: This place is clean has a GOOD free breakfast. Not just pieces of bread and jam like other hostels. Will set up tours of the Falls for you and best of all, the rooms have AC which definitely helps because Puerto Iguazu is stifling! It's a cool place to meet people too since it's right in between being too small and too big. Highly recommended!

Liked: very clean, friendly staff who go out of their way to help you, good breakfast, good showers, and loved the lava lamps in the rooms!

Disliked: the only slight complaint we;d have is that the music is often played super loud during the day so you can't get away from it in any of the communal areas

Liked: The place has a good concept and is decorated in a kinda fashionable way with clean, modern design and a nice terrace. The breakfast was better than average with eggs, fresh orange juice and cereals.

Disliked: Many minor problems, that together made our stay not so enjoyable. Fx the hostel has 25 rooms, but only a little kitchen with almost no equipment, so you have to be patient if you want to cook. You have to ask for sheets, toilet paper and air condition yourself. Our room was crowded and we paid 5 $ extra to be in a 6 bed dorm, but there was cramped in an extra bed...also our room was noisy because it was right next to a crowded street.

Liked: all fine, enjoyed the stay. the only thing which could be improved is that the information on the busses were not 100% up to date. Maybe you could check regularly if the bus companies change their timetables.

Liked: Great location and fantastic value for money. Offerred daily trips from the hostel at a fair price. Would reccomend others

Disliked: Pillow was a block of foam without a cover and the beer in the hostel was expensive.
