The owner and staff were super friendly and helpful and the hostel is clean, safe and well located. It's really a bargain for the price.
Jose, the owner, went out of his way and personally drove me to the pharmacy when my husband was sick and made sure we were well taken care of.
The hostel is thoroughly cleaned every day and well managed. The location is great too. It's only a short walk to the main bus station and its easy to find if you follow the directions on the website. The reception has free maps of the park, info about the bus schedules and they arranged for the airport shuttle to pick us up on our last day. Very highly recommended!

Good location, friendly staff, and very relaxed atmosphere.
I think our room was automatically upgraded to one with a bathroom (I booked without) which was nice.

this place was amazing!!! we were even greeted with a cold beer upon arrival... the perfect welcome after a 36hr bus ride! the staff and breakfast were some of the best ever! we highly recomend this place!!!

It was out of season when I visited and there were not very many travellers booked into the hostel but I guess it would be a good hostel in high season. Having said that it was great to chill out for a few days. The staff were so friendly and helpful with tours etc.

Good hostel, quiet and relaxing. Good location, and generally pretty clean, althogh the shared kitchen wasn´t too good (but it didn´t look like it had been used for ages). Staff were very attentive but thought we´d booked three days rather than three nights and wanted to charge us again for our last night... We sorted it out though without too much hassle.

The Garden area was nice with lush plants and hummingbirds. Rooms were clean. I stayed a total of 3 nights.
