Liked: Itaka's bar is outside which makes it pretty average in the winter. Highlight of the stay was the helpfulness of Rodrigo

Liked: The BBQ arranged was great fun, great value for money, and the bar and cooking staff were wonderful. The desk staff on the other hand were useless, rarely there, and gave us little info regarding activities we had booked with them, the desk was often empty, and if not, the staff tended to ignore you.

Liked: Laid back atmosphere, nice outside with barbecue and a pool. Friendly helpful staff, cute dog, but watch the dog, she ate my sandals. :)

Liked: I booked and paid a 4 dorm and they wanted to put me in a 5 dorm. As I complained they put me in a 4 dorm in which I was alone. So it was the price worth.

Liked: The staff are nice and helpful. And the swimming pool is a lovely extra. Its not a luxury hostel, and the kitchen was a bit small. But all in all, good value for the money
