Liked: If every hostel owner was like Gustavo and his wife the world would be a better place :) Excellent service in every aspect. Helpfully guided around the city, arranging trekking tours for us and moved around to make place for us for extra nights! Clean facilitys everywear, a well equipped kitchen and a 24 hour smile from every member of the family. Good breakfast and the Wi-Fi was way better than the average hostel. I felt like at home!

Disliked: Jacob left no negative feedback.

Liked: Gustavo the owner did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable. This place is centrally located and they offer wine tours , a nice breakfast is included.

Liked: Clean comfortable room. Clean bathroom. Good kitchen and dining area. The staff are wonderful and will go out of their way to help you with anything. Gustavo is a legend, a really lovely man, he told me about all the tour packages on offer, but was not at all pushy in trying to get me to buy them. I really enjoyed my stay here and if I ever come back to Mendoza would definitely stay here again.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great! You can book tours there. The shower was hot (with little pressure, though!). The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Lockers are there but you must provide your own lock.

Disliked: I had no major problems. To enter the building, you must knock on the door (no bell) so sometimes at night, you might wait a couple minutes. This was not a big deal.

Liked: The owner was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded from a dorm to a double room for free. Good WIFI. Very clean hostel. Would stay there again if I return to Mendoza

Liked: Gustavo, the owner, was super friendly and attentive. The place is clean and quiet and the breakfast is good. All together I think it was a good value for money place to stay in Mendoza.

Disliked: It doesn't have much character but I think if there were more people there it could be a great place to hang out. Also I think they are doing it up a bit at the moment so it might be better soon.

Liked: Great location, the facilities were very good and Internet speeds great! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Gustavo and his son went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, even insisting on getting up to prepare an early morning breakfast for our departure. Throughout our stay they were never short of plenty of useful tips for sightseeing, restaurants and other activities.

Liked: Niiiiiiice... When you enter the hostel, you feel at home!! Gustavo helps you, shows you the hostel, takes time for you and tells you about the excursions and places to be. Room are air conditioned, there's is a swimming pool and almost each day an asado. The hostel is in the center of Mendoza and you've got some nice bar near this location. I met a lot of people there because of the ambiance. I will return there.

Liked: The owner of the hostel was really nice and helpful. Sits nearly all day at his desk smoking and loves to chat.

Disliked: It is a nice hostel but a little walk from the city center. And there are no big common areas to meet people.

Liked: Very helpful and friendly owner with lots of useful advices! Thank you, Gustavo! Very flexible wih breakfast and the organisation of outdoor activities. Bring swim wear - cute little plastic pool in the courtyard!

Liked: Owner a nice guy who looks after his guests adnw as the cheapest place we could find in the city so good value for money. nice cooking area upstairs

Disliked: a bit of a walk from the centre and bus station, breakfast not great and as it was very hot the lack of air conditioning made for very little sleep at night sleep

Disliked: There is one shower for about 15 people. But it's clean.

Liked: In our opinion, nothing was really that good.

Disliked: The car parking, that did not exist. The breakfast was poor. They did not have fans in the room, but they had air-conditioning. However, they charged us to use it. And it was almost impossible to sleep without it (because the room was very hot).

Liked: Staff was awesome! Jezabel was very helpful and gave us a home like expierence. Chiquita, I´m pretty sure she could run circles around any house keeper and Gustavo runs a tight ship but if you have a chance have a drink with him!

Disliked: Location was a little off the main strip but well worth the walk!

Liked: Gustavo is extremely helpful and friendly and makes you feel very welcome. There's a reallygood kitchen, and comfortable beds. We had a BBQ at the hostel, and agree it wasthe best steak we've had in Argentina!!

Liked: As the previous posts have said, Gustav and the other staff are very kind and helpful. The kitchen, common room and little garden were good and everything was clean. Had a great all you eat & drink BBQ as well!

Disliked: The only negatives were that we had a room with a window onto the garden and people were out there till 2-3am every night talking/shouting etc and there was only one bathroom between 12 people.
