Liked: Owners are very passionate and staff helpful. Good location, BBQ was loads of fun.

Disliked: Lockers didn´t seem very secure though i did not have any problems. I think another bathroom would be an advantage. The door locks need sorting out as they were hard to use

Liked: The staff were just fantastic - could not have been more helpful. They were able to recommend tours, restaurants, places to visit, etc.

Disliked: The bathroom situation upstairs could be improved. There was just one bathroom (which included a toilet) to share between many travellers in different rooms. It would be better if the toilet, at least, was separate

Liked: The staff are absolutely brilliant, having good tours on site is a plus, and the asados they do are delicious! Thanks to Luke, Matteus, Debbie, Ivor, Florin and the rest of the staff for a fantastic time!

Liked: The place was great!!!! Especially the staff. Very helpful, friendly and really made our stay there welcoming. It was like home away from home. Facilities were great, its was a great place to meet people to as this hostel wasnt a big hostel where you felt like another number. A definate stay...

Liked: Really friendly and helpful staff, excellent location - we loved it.

Disliked: Could do with an extra toilet or so, and soap in the bathrooms would be appreciated.

Liked: We had an amazing time staying here. The hostel was clean, had great living space (both inside and out) and the most amazing staff. We felt as though we were staying with friends, we were so warmly welcomed. We did a wine tour which was a really nice day; quite a fancy day out in the wineries. I would recommend this place to everyone, and hope to come back! Thanks all.

Liked: Two things stand out about this hostel. Cleanliness and the staff. The owners, Luke and Mathias, are nothing short of fantastic. If you get the chance to tour the wineries with either of them make sure you do! It was the best money we spent in Mendoza. Rooms were comfortable, quiet and only one block to all the action of Mendoza!

Disliked: We have absolutely no complaints.

Liked: All the staff were very helpful all the time. Helping with local advice as well as sharing general south American travel tips. The room was very clean with a heater. Kitchen well equipped and many close by restaurants and large supermarkets. Recommended.

Disliked: Bathroom door noisy at night when people use it as difficult to lock.

Liked: Perfect location just next to plaza independencia; really liked the atmosphere of the hostel. Very friendly staff that helped us book a tour to the Andes and organised a fantastic asado. We had a great time and lots of fun, thanks for everything! Definitely recommended!

Liked: This is a great hostel and honestly wish I could of stayed longer! Great atmosphere, helpful staff, safe, and fun and a special thanks to Ivor who couldn’t do enough to help.. Excellent tours especially the wine can be booked in reception.. Clean, Great Fun, Terrific Atmosphere and perfect location... Definitely good choice for hostel..

Liked: Excellent hostel, Very good location on the main street which made it easy to navigate. Very helpful, friendly staff. Clean and safe. Was able to organise lots of activities at good rates. Would recommend highly

Disliked: Lockers werent big enough to store large backpacks but they were installing them while I was there.

Liked: Ivor and the rest of the staff are incredibly helpful. Mateus organises a fantastic wine tour, as well.

Disliked: The laundry service they use weren't having a great time while we were there. Apparently a drying machine broke down, causing delayed deliveries of clothes back to the hostel. One friend had her washing returned soaking wet, while we lost some socks but gained someone else's vest.

Liked: I liked the atmosphere and some of the helpful staff. Other staff members seemed less keen to help and one even booked us onto the wrong wine tour. Not a bad place, but you sense there are much nicer and better in the area - just book in advance.

Liked: As soon as I arrived at the hostel I was greeted by a very friendly girl on reception who made me feel very welcome and even introduced me to the other guests. Kiki you're a star! All the other people who work there were also very friendly making sure you are having a good time and always chatting to you, very funny friendly people. I haven't met friendlier in all my months of travelling in SA.. Kika another guy on reception played table tennis with the guests and ran a great bar at the back - very cool guy happy guy..they all were. There is a great atmosphere here and they do good BBQ nights. This has been by far the best hostel I have stayed in on my travels. Will definately come back here again one day. Thanks all! I will miss you greatly!! Kiran (England)
