Liked: The apartments are good value for money, a great base for a stay in Mendoza. Everything is nearby and the staff were great at organising a trekking expedition for us. We liked it so much we came back to stay for 2 more nights after our trek. They are basic, and some things need to be smartened up, but for a budget traveller it is a great quiet spot to relax and enjoy the city. I would return here if I go back to Mendoza. The staff are VERY helpful & friendly!

Liked: The air conditioning wasnt working in our original apt so we were moved to a different one but one of the fans didnt work in this one. The aparts are shabby and in need of a good clean and there is very little kitchen equipment, had to buy tea towels sponges etc, but for the money if you want your own kitchen - gas hob, fridge/freezer and microwave, nothing else, cable tv then its good value. Good location, esy walk to main square and supermarket. Nice staff

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at Winca´s apartments. It was very good value for money. We´ve stayed in lots of hostels for a similar price and it was great to have our own fridge, hob and microwave. The air'con was very powerful, which was great as the weather was really hot. The staff were more than friendly and accomodating. The apartments aren´t new, but they offer all the basics at a very affordable price. The location is ideal, just off San Martin. Although there aren´t laundry facilities (as mentioned by another person) there´s a laundry round the corner beside the supermarket, and there´s a washing line if you want to hang out your clothes. Nice and quiet too. If we go back to Mendoza, we´ll be back to Winca´s apartments!

Liked: having the kitchen was really great. it was great value for money. there were plenty of cups, plates ,bowls etc, however they did not provide simple things like a can opener, washing up liquid, a cloth, matches for the oven or tea towel which would have been great as we had to go out and buy these things.it would be great if they had a box with things left by people, i´m sure alot of stuff is thrown out needlessly. the supermarket Carrefour is only a few blocks away which was handy and it´s close to the ctiy centre. The staff were pleasant. It was quite. The baloconies were great to relax. The bathrrom wasn´t great (it smelled a little) and the bed was old and hard. all in all, I think the apartments were great value for money and I would go again.

Liked: The apartments are old, shabby and generally seen many better days. We stayed for one night and that was more than enough. I wouldn´t recommend this place to anyone who needs to stay for longer.

Liked: The staff was quite accomadating and helped with a number of things, ranging from last minute accomadation to tours in the region and advice about sites, activities, etc. They were also quite flexible regarding our arrival, even when a rush at the bus terminal in Buenos Aires kept us from getting there until a day after we had reserved. Do note that the reception closes at 11 pm and doesn´t reopen until around 8 am, so if it looks like you´ll be getting in late due to bus delays,etc. make sure to call ahead and arrange an alternative.
