Liked: very friendly staff who were accomodating and very helpful, felt very welcome and had no problems with us staying another night at short notice also paid our taxi on arrival when ATMs wouldn't accept our cards. Bit of a walk from the centre but hardly anything to complain about if your fit and healthy, which you should be if you're back packing around.

Disliked: There were lots of Israelis who only talked amongst themselves occupied all communal space and would switch on the light in the dorm at 4 o'clock in the morning and shout to each other with no regard for the other guess who were trying to sleep at the time. This hostel is apparently used alot by this nationality

Liked: Staff was wonderful and friendly and the pool was a great escape from the unbearable heat. The New Years Asado was tasty.

Disliked: Pretty sure there were bugs in the bedding.

Liked: The people running the hostel were incredible. Really make you feel at home. Good BBQ's, clean and Niko, Glenn and Anna were so helpful. Very easy place to meet people. Cool dog and very cute Kiiiiity cat! VERY friendly but not in a weird way..... Definately recommend it. Ended up staying much longer than anticipated. Was harder to leave.

Disliked: Pool table pockets were too small but still managed to beat Niko and Glenn. The kiiiiity needs armoured protection as is vulnerable scampering around.....

Liked: Good atmosphere and has a BBQ.

Disliked: Breakfast was poor - consisting of coffee/ tea and biscuits.

Disliked: People were smoking marihuana in the garden and the staff tolerated it.

Liked: First of all Friendly staff!!! Secondly spacious common spaces, considering the fact that it locates relatively close to the city center. Those make this hostel a very confortable place to be.

Disliked: A bit far from the center so if you only have 1 night and want to explore the city, it's a bit inconvenient but otherwise it is not that big problem. It's still walking distance and to explore country side like winery it's not problem at all.

Liked: Great budget accommodation. Nico and Juan were amazing hosts. The BBQ was one of the best we have ever had. Luca the dog, definitely added to the character of this hostel. Thanks for the memories, La Cava! A place of charm and fun.

Disliked: Powdered milk for your morning coffee!

Liked: THe staff were friendly and helpful

Disliked: The room wasn't very clean could have done with a few coats of paint!!! Bathrooms were not good and the showers had only boiling hot water that trickled out. Breakfast was a huge disapointment too!!!

Liked: I expected wild parties, but it was pretty chilled and relaxed, free pool was awesome.

Disliked: The laundry wasn't functional and the pool was empty :( It was a quiet time of year, so not many others at the hostel.

Liked: Great budget place! Chilled out hostel. Nicolas is awesome, did Asado for me and a fewothers,eally didnt have to! Can really tell he enjoys running the place. Great value, comfy bed and and a real chilled out atmoshpere!

Disliked: Just remember its like 25 pesos a night its not the ritz! half the price of places, but by no means have the quality!

Liked: The staff and friendly atmosphere were great. Fab Beef and wine parties. More like a family than a hostel. Would definately recommend this hostel despite its slightly further out location.

Liked: rather a party hostel with long night techno beats, if you look for a long night sleep this is niot the place to go. if you wanna party this is probably the best hostel in town. staff is uncomplicated, friendly and very helpful.

Liked: Friendlyness of the owners and staff is a big plus for this hostel! The kitchen, sitting areas, and free internet were also a bonus (however, the "pool" was a bit of a letdown- very small and unclean).

Liked: friendly atmosphere, but 20 minutes walk to centre, though cab ride to centre is only 7 pesos. Some comments say the bathrooms are dirty, I didn't find them dirty, but they are very basic
