Liked: You felt quite at home there and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would probably be more fun in the summer months when its a bit fuller. a bit far from the centre

Liked: the hostel is in an old mansion in a quiet neighborhood with trees on the streets and a pool out back. there's a great bar across the road and the casino up a couple blocks. it's easy to get downtown and to the bars on villanueva, and it's easy to get to the wineries. but best of all the people here are rad! they are like the definition of argentinian "buena onda". that was the best part of my stay here.

Liked: I liked how well the staff takes care of the hostel and how friendly they are. They are very helpful and very friendly. The place is also very clean with great atmosphere. and it very close to everything , downtown, bars. They also have great excursions to the mountain. It is truly the best hostel that I have stayed ever and the house is awesome. thank you guys for everything..Viva La Cava!!!!!!

Liked: Staff were really friendly and helpful but it is quite far out of town. Don´t make the same mistake as us and go to the wrong 1702 San Martin - there are two of them!!

Liked: the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly! the asado was fab, lots of meat and wine! and the club night with the staff was almost too much fun! ihave already recommended this hostel to loads of people!

Liked: Staff was absolutely wonderful . Very friendly and very helpful with directions, things to do and booking tours. My only recommendation to the owners is it is time to remodel the bathrooms. I met many fun and interesting travelers and the Hostel hosted a traditional Asado BBQ on Saturday that was very enjoyable.

Liked: The people here are INCREDIBLY nice and helpful!!! I´ve been traveling for a few months and have stayed in dozens of hostels...but La Cava is by far THE BEST hostel I have ever stayed in!! The rooms are great, the staff is amazing, and the city is at your fingertips from here!! GO HERE!!! HAVE FUN!!! LEAVE HAPPY!!!
