Spanish Martinez Bed and Smile Guesthouse are located in the suburb of Martinez, San Isidro, at 22 Km from Buenos Aires City. Called the porteña Versailles in San Isidro the French architecture is mixed with colonial houses, paving stone and orange trees, golf and rugby fields, sportive port and the gorgeous San Isidro Jockey Club. The house is just minutes from Dardo Rocha Street, opposite the racetrack, where old stud farms have become the location for some of the most exquisite restaurants.

The House is a two floor new development. In the ground floor is located the kitchen, fully equipped with all the appliances that you might need; one toilet and the lounge area with cable TV and internet.

You also count with laundry facilities (free of charge) and a back yard.
Is in the first floor where the bedrooms are located: one single and one double sharing the brand new bathroom. Both have air conditioner. The property has its own security guard service and benefices of free parking.

Pets are aloud, but need to confirm before arrival due to availability.

From this lovely Guesthouse you can reach most of the local attractions within minutes walking or by bus/train.

Don’t miss the famous Argentinean meet in Rosa Negra (Black Rouse) one of the most famous restaurants in Dardo Rocha Street. Buy some native handcrafts in The Coast Train’ San Isidro Station; antiques in the Plaza del Reloj/Plaza Mitre (Clock Square/Mitre Square) Sunday market or go for shopping to Unicenter. Visit the Rugby Museum (San Isidro is the National Capital of this sport) near The Coast Train’ San Isidro Station or the House Museum Pueyrredon to see how people used to live in colony times. Take the train in San Isidro main station (or Acassuso) to Tigre, where you can take a boat to one of the many little Delta Islands or just have a look to the huge Mercado de Frutos (Fruit Market).

Whenever you choose to visit Buenos Aires, we will work to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
