 excellent facilities, spotless, friendly, staff has a lot of information, gorgeous building. radiant heating in floor is awesome. linens, towels, and shampoo-conditioner provided in showers, very nice

Although my Lonely Planet guide book described the staff as "energetic", I would like to say otherwise. They weren't exceptionally friendly or helpful. One staff kept speaking to me in Spanish although I told her numerous times that I didn't understand what she said. Funny thing was she seem to understand me in English.

It is a great hostel expecially if you are looking for private rooms. Confortable clean and with maid service. It is located on the main street of Calafate and this is a very good advantage for the moment in El Calafate where the majority of new places are a bit outside.

Private room was spotless. Bus terminal pickup made life much easier. The hostel´s own "alternative" Moreno Glacier tour including a short walk was great and our guide was a great source of information not only on the glacier but also about the region and Argentina in general.

Buena localización, el hostel es un edificio nuevo, agradable y con buena calefacción si viajas en invierno. El desayuno no está incluido y para los precios argentinos es caro aunque bueno.

very nice rooms, heated floor, everything was clean!! Good advise of the personel about excursions.
Minor: breakfast not included.... maybe for change in future??

very modern and clean. more like a hotel than a hostel. i liked the underfloor heating. not so keen on the hard beds, or frosty reception staff.

The floor heating system makes the place really warm and cosy. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean.
