Liked: Cheap. Comfy bed. Curtains over beds. Lockers. Size of hostal communal areas.

Disliked: Lack of anything useful in the kitchen, pretty unequipped. Rental of knife and forks because people obviously steal them. Shoddy breakfast, only bread and jam available, not the same as other HI hostels.

Liked: The staff was remarkable, always smiling and ready to help.

Disliked: Bathroom could have done with a little bit of cleaning but nothing too bad... it could jjust be better.

Liked: Very friendly staff, good alternative tours to Glaciar Perito Moreno. Good and friendly restaurant.

Disliked: The heating system: Hot air blowing from the ceiling all night long and no possibility to turn off. The kitchen was only equipped with old aluminum pots and there was no cutlery (only for rent).

Liked: The beds are really comfortable and there is one member of staff who is very helpful. The others at times leave a lot to be desired. the tours that they run to the glacier and glacier trekking are fab!!
