Staff very helpful and the girl that is on during the day speaks excellent english. It is only a five minute walk into town.

Almost all the staff was really friendly and helpfull, but there was a person that didn't like a lot his job, he was an asshole with the tourist. Besides that, the atmosphere was nice.

Nice distance from town, separate kitchen block so no-one gets disturbed with late night antics, staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts could have been a little more substantial...

Nice folks, clean new building in great shape. Just wish they had better information on Torres del Paine (they knew almost nothing about any aspect of the park) - they had Perito Moreno down, but not much else.

The breakfast is fantastic and the place is extremely clean. Also, the staff is friendly and some of them speak a little English. I also like that the place offers large beers for a good price $2 USD.
The place is a small walk from town and it does not accept credit cards, but I have found that all hostels in El Calafate are cash only.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, very helpful in arranging bookings and tours to glaciers and El Chalten accomodation. Owner of the hotel drove us to meet the bus after they forgot to pick us up for which we were really grateful for!
Nice stove for cooking. Highly recommended.

Location is excellent, it is at a walking distance from downtown. The staff members are very helpful, provided they understand what you want. There is an English speaking person though. They can take care of all of your stay and book all your excersions.

The proprietor and the staff are all friendly and English is spoken by at least one staff person. There is a separate building with dining area and kitchen so guest may cook their own meals. Good view from hill of Lake Arentino and the Andes.
