Liked: We stayed in a 10 bed dorm which was very spacious with plenty of room for 10 people. The room had 2 private toilets and 2 separate showers that were modern and clean. Hostel was located in a great spot just 3 blocks from the main street of town. Staff we friendly and knowledgeable about the area and tours on offer. Breakfast provided was very good! Overall the hostel had a good vibe with plenty of activities on offer and nightly food and drink specials.

Disliked: Do NOT order the lasagne from the bar, it was terrible!

Liked: The staff is incredible! really nice and helpfull. Also like the place, the rooms are big, and they have good public spaces: dinner rooms, garden, couch outside the hostel... and many, but maaany alternatives to make tours in the region.

Disliked: The bathrooms are too small on the dorms, and rarely they are clean.

Liked: The location was good

Disliked: Bad organization,me and my friend reserved a 4 bed dorm and on our arrival they gave us 2 beds in 2 different rooms of 6 persons and they did not give any excuse for that! The rooms does not have any keys and are all connected by a dirty mixed bathroom. No lookers were available during our stay,wich means that you always have to leave your belonigings at the reception.

Liked: The bathrooms in the shared dormitories are very convenient

Disliked: there are no lockers, so you cannot lock your belongings. There seems to be nothing special about the hostel to justify it's relatively high price

Liked: The places was clean and fairly comfortable for price nothing stand out for the price

Disliked: the breakfast was a joke who has two large bowls of cereal but no milk at 7 in the morning, the were some nice people at reception however one man was rude and lazy. When we checked they tried to over charge luckily I had my booking information and was able to challenge them. Also in our 12 person dorm everytme someone went in or out of the room and bathroom they made the worst possible squeak which after a while can become quite grating.

Liked: It was clean

Disliked: we booked a 6bed dorm, but ended up in a 10bed dorm, the towels weren't free as it was said on the site. The deposit paid when booking was not deductet from the final bill. Across the street there is a hostel twice as cheap and the same quality.

Liked: The staff were extremely helpful especially with helping to organise excursions. It´s really warm, the beds are comfy and the showers are hot! The communal spaces are great to chill out in.

Disliked: The lockers are outside of the rooms and you can´t use your own padlock.

Liked: Great staff, lots of energy and information. All services available, laundry, tour info, airport transportation even food in the evenings. Felt like home.

Disliked: Sqeaking doors early in the morning

Liked: The dorm and bathroom was spacious and well set up. Staff were really nice.

Disliked: There were no lockers in the dorms, and I think you had to pay to use the ones they had in the hall. The rates are more expensive if you book in person.

Liked: I love the staff! They were extremely helpful and friendly. We were all new friends within the first few minutes of introduction. The lobby is spacious and the location is alright. I walked to Laguna Niguel to watch the flamingoes and it wasn´t a far distance from there and toward downtown. Good place for good comfort.

Liked: the staff were very helpful in giving advice about tours etc, The breakfast was simple but nice.

Disliked: There was no locks on bathroom or shower doors. There were no large lockers for your rucksack and the small lockers for your passports etc were in the general hallway which I felt was not very secure, would prefer if they were in the rooms. The lights above the bed were broken and loose wires were hanging from the walls in many cases.
