Liked: Friendly staff. Nearly central place.

Disliked: Breakfast very basic. Rooms have no aircon, but fans. Can become very hot!

Liked: I stayed as I had business in Cordoba, not as a tourist. As a slightly older than normal traveller, I felt welcome, the service and friendliness not only of the staff, but of the other guests was a welcome surprise. As value for money and an enjoyable experience, I am never going to stay in a business hotel again! Thank you Brenda for going out of your way with the room arrangements, the help with the bus, and all that you did.

Disliked: It's is just slightly badly located, but no doubt if it were on one of my favourite streets I could not afford it!

Liked: The location is good and there are a lot of common spaces to chill.

Disliked: That there weren´t enough big lockers in the dormrooms.

Liked: The whole building was decorated really well, and the layout was cool. Large bar patio area was a bonus, and theres a roof terrace, although that hardly got used. Good size of kitchen, and the staff were great.

Disliked: Apart from a bit of ceiling plaster falling down in our room (which wasnt a problem) there was nothing wrong.

Disliked: Can be a little loud after hours for those who want to get a good night´s sleep...thats just about the only negative i can think of!

Liked: nice and modern building. decent sized room and showers were fine

Disliked: breakfast was not worth getting up for. rooms were too hot and didn't have air con. also got charged more than my hostelbookers receipt said.

Liked: The Aldea had a cool and funky atmosphere, great hang-out spaces and amazing staff. The dinner was great and they do an awesome cappuccino in the mornings. They were helpful giving directions, suggesting restaurants and booking tango lessons! Thanks.

Liked: The location was good, you could walk to the centre and there were small restaurants and bus stops nearby. The best part was the staff, they were very helpful to me.

Disliked: i paid for a room 'with a private bathroom' but it was a long ways from my room..on a different floor-and very dirty. I ended up using the main shared bathrooms, not sure if i had to pay extra for my own 'personal' bathroom. Also, the breakfast was rather disappointing-but maybe i got spoiled by other hostels larger and more plentiful breakfasts....

Liked: The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and went far above and beyond the norm to ensure that they did everything they could to help us and make us feel at home. Brilliant place to stay.

Liked: nice roof terrace, ping pong table, sofas, and decent pool table (though its extra to play) this hostel is a good place to hang out! However, be aware that some of the staff are unhelpful and rude, you may be kept up until very late by other unthoughtful travelers, though the kitchen is big, the prep space is tiny, often having to use ping pong table to prep food. Our room had old cigarette butts and dead critters on the floor, and we had to make our own bed from bedding that didnt properly fit on arrival. Drugs also available in the hostel :S. Safety doesnt seem too great to us, because although we were fine, on one night when we were there, over 25 non-hostel residents were allowed to enter the hostel and go whereever, giving us big concerns, as the door locks aren´t exactly the best. From what we heard though, no hostel in Cordoba is really very good. fridge needed cleaning too, as old food was filling the shelves and festering

Liked: the staf was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I, over 70, felt very well betweenthese young people and were apreciated like good elder friends.We had the best room ensuite with fan, very quiet. The breakfast is very simple. Bring your own fruit ! But there is a big kitchen as well, even a barbque.

Liked: Overall a fairly good deal. Private rooms were okay, bathrooms a little uncleanly and often missing TP. Kitchen is too small. Table tennis and pool table are a bonus. Breakfast is quite skimpy. On our second night we were overbooked, but the staff was very helpful in fixing their mistake by getting us to another hostel. The new hostel is much better.

Liked: Large, spacious hostel with good facilities. Good for people who want to meet others but also fine for couples who prefer a bit more peace (like us), since the place is quite large and some rooms are far from the common areas. Finding a good place in Córdoba is hard, so we were glad to have found Aldea in the end. Would have preferred the price to have been 70-80 pesos for a double instead of 90, but no real complaints.

Liked: Great value for money, good facilities. Internet, pool, table tennis, t.v, lot of room to relax, good location.Only down side was the breakfast, which was pretty poor. If they got this right it would be excellent.

Liked: Fantastic hostel!! really enjoyed my stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the best hostels I've stayed at! great atmosphere, perfect location and security. The rooms are confortable and clean! breakfast with the most delicious dulce de leche I´ve ever tasted!!!

Liked: This was probably one of the best hostels weve stayed in, in South America. Really helpful staff, modern, clean, lots of communal space...the only bad thing was a group of young guys staying there, which you cant predict, some people are just born pratts!
