Liked: Comfy beds, good atmosphere, best staff

Disliked: Front of the building, rooms are really loud due to traffic, if staying just ask for a room at the back of the hostel

Liked: Good to party and thats exactly what I wanted. Easy to get to from the bus station and staff were friendly/helpful.

Disliked: The kitchen facilities were pretty poor and the wifi signal was very weak in the dorm. Nothing that would stop me staying there again as I was there to party not cook.

Liked: We stayed in a double room which was lovely - the rooms are quite large and have plenty of character. The staff were very nice and always helpful when we asked them for anything. There were lots of activities planned for each day which you could join in on - even though you're doing exactly the same things as thousands before you, you can have a pretty good Buenos Aires experience just doing the stuff the hostel organises. It's a very social place and easy to meet people. Oh, and the shower in our bathroom was fabulous.

Disliked: They were renovating the room next door to ours when we were there which involved extremely loud equipment. This was only during the day (until around 8pm) but made it very difficult to catch up on sleep after travelling or partying overnight. Our other complaint was that the Wi-fi was really poor - we had no reception at all in our room and pretty poor reception in the common areas as well.

Liked: This is a party hostel, but it is the quieter out of the two milhouses in BA, which means you can have the best of both worlds. Lots of english here, could be a good thing or a bad thing! lots of events for day and night.

Disliked: V small kitchen, which also shuts at 10pm. Day trips are v over priced. Also when checking in we were told by the receptionist where all the bathrooms were in the hostel 'in case we wanted to be sick in the morning'....not the best first impression! Having to wear a wrist band is also a bit ridiculous.

Liked: Amelia´s walking tours were a really nice unhurried relaxed way to see the city. Lots of other daily activities on offer so you won´t be bored. The activities are a good way to meet people if you´re travelling alone. Good location and really clean bathrooms.

Disliked: Very noisy at night as our door didn´t close properly to keep out the sounds. If you arrive in BA after an overnight flight and want a good night´s sleep, don´t stay here. Rest in a quieter hostel for a night or two, then come here when you´re ready to stay up all night. Also, renovations ongoing at the moment which means its even difficult to sleep during the day!

Liked: Really busy, big rooms and lots of cool people, great breakfast.

Disliked: No real scope for relaxation. A group of 6 of us were trying to have a quiet beer at 10.30pm on a sunday when we were asked to move as the tables and chairs had to be packed up for a party...there was nobody else there, it seemed ridiculous! It really is all about the party party party which can become a bit much after a while. Also not allowed to bring your own drinks in, paying expensive bar prices instead. 3 computers were not nearly enough for the amout of guests.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was also very secure in only letting customers into the building.

Disliked: When storring luggage for the day, there is no ticket system so anyone could take your bag. It was also very noisy becase of the club next door and the couryard that has rooms off it (peole tend to talk out there when having a cigarette).

Liked: Really friendly and professional, everything was well organised. Staff were great. Lots of activities planned including party night, clubs, football games etc. An excellent place to socialise for single travellers, or if you want to party. Great bar with food (even an English breakfst if you are feeling homesick)

Disliked: It is a party hostel so be prepared for noise, I wouldnt stay here if you want an early night. People do arrive home at all hours and make noise. The kitchen is small and poorly eqipped. Didnt really like the wristbands that the make you wear, you stand out as a tourist. We got mugged on our first night, so took ours off.

Liked: We arrived and were greeted with a smile.staff always on hand to help at any time of night.door staff also a gd laugh and friendly.nice central area.lots of well planned bar nights and great place to meet fellow travel buddies.great tours.well organised.thank you

Disliked: the kitchen that the staff cook food closed at 2pm where if it stayed open may have been gd.apart from that small thing nothing at all.

Liked: Good location, nice building

Disliked: Very loud hostel. People came into the room every 10 minutes, turning on the light and making noise. People shout around in the hall infront of the rooms all night. If you want to party all night, perfect place to stay. If you need some sleep.. forget it. The taxi to the airport was a ripoff... the hostel asked 70 pesos, the taxi driver would have asked 44 pesos. The hostel didnt give me a voucher, so that the taxi driver tried to bill me a second time....

Liked: It was a great place to come and party, there was alwas something to do night and day if you wanted to get involved. It is in the heart of the city with easy access to the cool places like Palermo and La Boca.

Disliked: I honestly felt like a number not a guest at this hostel. The bar staff were always friendly but the most staff at reception did not go out of their way to do anything for you, it felt quite unwelcoming. The kitchen facilities were very lacking for a hostel of this size, only one fridge for so many people and it was the same wih the 3 ancient computers. I also got eaten alive by bed bugs on one of the couches but the staff were quick to fix that problem.

Liked: Milhouse is famous for showing young travelers the best of the nightlife on offer in BA. The hostel parties are notorious for inspiring wild behavior- probably due to the lethal strength of the cocktails. The staff were generally fantastic. At check in they even provided a helpful warning about the fake money circulating in BA. The noises from the porn cinema next door weren't too loud in our room.

Disliked: Don't stay at Milhouse if you are looking for a quiet or relaxing time. The biggest complaint that I heard was from those who had been out all night every night and hence hadn't seen anything of BA during the day.

Liked: Really fun hostle, has fun things planed for the night!!!! And the day if u have no clue where to go they'll draw it out on the map and give u notes to hand to the bus drivers!!!!

Liked: Great place to meet people, although very young crowd. Good location

Disliked: It can get very noisy. The rooms lead into a courtyard where everyone seems to hang out after they get back from partying. It is usually quiet from 2am - 5am then it is noisy again. If you are looking to party everynight then this is your place. If you want to get some sleep at least one night I suggest only a couple of nights here

Liked: PARTY hostel! If your up for big nights out and to socialise this is the place for you. However if you want to chill for a few days and relax this isnt the best place! We stayed here for the weekend in order to go out and meet people and it did the job! The set up of the dorms is nice on to a courtyard. Good bar. Tours on offer.

Disliked: No place to chill out when hungover! hard to get any personal space with so many people around all the time, but we went here to party so we accepted this part!

Liked: Awesome place if you're looking for some great parties and if you want to meet people. If you want peace and quiet, stay away... :-) There's a great common area, parties are organized daily and breakfast (if you make it to breakfast, that is) is decent. Would definitely recommend it!
