Liked: Friendly helpful staff like Karolina & Grizelda with a wealth of advice about things to do in BA. Location in centre is close to most tourist sites.

Liked: the staff is realy nice and helpful, and it is safe brcouse everybody have their own key to the room and a locker huge tv and guitar make a relaxed sitting area

Disliked: the internet costs money, all the other hostels i have been to dont i came with my sisters and they flew in the evening and the hostel charged us 15 pesos to put their stuff in the luggege room kinda feels like they dont miss a chance to take money from you

Liked: It was very clean and quiet. THe building is very beautiful and very well decorated. Amazing! They make your bed every day! There were medialunas for breakfast!

Disliked: it had a few mosquitos and there is a bunkbed with 3 levels, I didn't had to sleep there but I imagine it can be quite uncomfortable to climb all that to get to bed. Some people from the staff weren't argentinos and couldn't give us any tips such as for buses, for banks, or stuff like that.

Liked: Was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms had A/C (though not sure if they were switched on...). Right in the centre of downtown.

Disliked: Thought we were staying in a 6 bed dorm, but turned out there were three triple bunks which was surprising.

Liked: The staff was really helpful and nice. The location was perfect. I stayed for 3 nights more than the 2 days booked by hostelbookers.

Disliked: You have to pay to use the computer with internet. The computers do work slowly and not really well.

Liked: Mrs. staff(forgot her name) was very kind and when I ask leave my luggage, she helped me very kindly.

Liked: Mixed feelings about this hostel. Two members of the staff were really helpful and professionnal but the third one was not at all! Very disappointing breakfast the first day but better the second day. Would recommend to stay in the 5 bed dorms on the first floor (where there's a nice library) and not in the dorms on the fourth floor (we had to change dorms though we had booked through hostelbookers). Location is great.

Liked: Very friendly helpful staff most speak good English & Spanish.Central location is ideal for daytime walks to tourist sites.Kitchen adequate for self catering with mini market/fruit/meat shop nearby for shopping.Large screen TV for DVD films etc or those not going out at night.

Liked: V&S Hostel certainly has a charm. I expected typical backpacker hostel (which I dread), but it was completely the opposite. It has calm & suiting atmosphere and is really cool decorated, nice staff. And one more plus - its location. It's probably one of the best hostels I've stayed.

Liked: It's located in the center of B.A. and the old house give's a nice atmosphere.The staff is friendly and helpfull. I had to change a night which i had alreadypayed and they issued me a voucher without any complaint, very flexibel.
