Individual/double rooms in a cosy guesthouse. It's a character house, in a safe area, with very good public transportation to almost all places in the city, and a helpful landlord.

A cheap, clean and safe accommodation in an old Italian style house.

Along with privacy and independence, you also get updated information, and tips and tricks of the city: maps, transport information, Spanish courses or tango info.

Facilities: furnished rooms, phone, cable TV, Wi-Fi for your laptop or Internet cabins around the corner, permanent hot water and a cleaning service.

Caballito is a quiet and safe neighbourhood with its own important commercial area, parks, etc. and very near of the town centre. It is ideal if you want to be out but not far of the noisy center, to rest well.

This is a small cosy guesthouse for long term stays (minimum 1 week). After 15 years providing accommodation for visitors I can say 'I know and have what you need'.
Please make your reservation some days in advance. As this is not a hotel but a guest house, I must know your arrival date/time to wait for you at the house.
