The house was originally built by Spanish immigrants at the beginning of the twentieth century. The high-ceiling rooms are spacious and well lit, and they are provided with heating and air conditioning.

Reina Madre is located in one of the most exclusive and safest areas in the City of Buenos Aires. It is close to the main commercial areas, tourist destinations and entertainment places in the city.
We are located in the Recoleta neighborhood, an exclusive and safe zone in the city. It takes only 15 mintues to arrive at the Obelisco, Plaza de Mayo and Florida street, 25 minutes to La Boca or San Telmo and 10 minutes to Opera Bay, Pachá, Palermo Hollywood and other lively bars in the city. El Abasto, the largest shopping mall, is located within five blocks walk. The hostel is conveniently located 4 blocks from the nearest Subte stop (underground subway) and is situated along numerous city bus routes (more than 25).
